I frequently visit Da Nang for business trips to Tam Ky, and this is my second stay at TUI BLUE Han River. My first visit left me very satisfied with both the room and the service, which is why I chose to return.

During this trip, it rained for several days, so I spent a lot of time inside the hotel. This actually allowed me to experience more of its advantages. I was able to relax and dine comfortably in the restaurant and enjoy the spa. Hien's massage, in particular, was truly impressive – I'd say it was one of the best massages I've ever had.

The service was excellent again this time. Even though it was my second visit, Tien and Heip remembered me and always greeted me with bright smiles. Vy and Dat Dat at the reception desk also gave warm greetings and attentive care every time I saw them, making my stay feel less like a typical hotel visit and more like returning to a familiar place.

The room was also very spacious and clean, and I was pleased with both the interior design and the view. Even small details, like the welcome fruit prepared in the room, left a lasting impression.

While there are many good hotels, not many have staff who remember and warmly welcome you back on a return visit. That is the biggest reason why I continue to choose TUI BLUE Han River.

I will be visiting Da Nang again next week for a business meeting with PetroVietnam in Tam Ky. And once again, I won't need to look for another hotel; I'll be staying at TUI BLUE Han River.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Da Nang, whether for business or leisure.

I'm already looking forward to my third visit!

My experience at the TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet was generally good.

The quality of the food was excellent and diverse, whether it was in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything was fresh and well advanced. Also, the staff was very professional, cooperative and nice to deal with, and the service was high.

But I would like to alert a special point for travelers from North Africa: there is a kind of ambiguity in the concept of “inclusive stay” at booking via Trip.com. It is generally displayed without accurate details, especially with regard to drinks (whether alcohol is included or not).

After arriving, it turned out that the hotel operates different systems of comprehensive accommodation (such as universal, non-alcoholic, and every different wall system, which was not clear during the booking.

So I advise everyone to check out the details of the baggage accurately before booking or communicating with the hotel directly to avoid any dress.

In general, the hotel is worth visiting in terms of quality and service, but it recommends that the details of the pre-comprehensive stay be verified.

Hotel suite space design is reasonable, hotel activities are many, indoor and outdoor swimming pool water amusement projects are rich, food is freshly made, rich in variety, and especially in line with the children's habits, the beach is clean and close to the hotel, Tunisia's most valuable hotel, recommended 👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Tui Blue. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of West street, but only a 12yen didi there. The views are stunning, including of the romance park across the street. Front desk staff were so kind. Breakfast every morning had both Chinese and western options, including fresh noodles being made to order. This hotel takes great pride in their cleanliness and design.

Room was amazing. Great views. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure from the shower. Free mini fridge for the first round of drinks, and tea and coffee in the room.

Our few things where we would recommend improvements to the hotel:
- There was no working AC in the gym.
- Gym should have some lighter weights too.
- Gym needs a mirror.
- Pool towels should be available by the pool. (Unsure if they normally are.. we went out in the rain so possibly during sun they have these readily available).
- some small things need to be maintained. (Gym wall leak with mold present, painting around windows peeling off, outdoor plant maintenance, pool tidy of chairs and ensure pool inflatables are actually blown up.These small things aren’t really noticed by everybody, however as a travel agent myself it is what sets luxury hotels apart from others).

Overall a really great stay. Would definitely stay again.
