My trip to Kashgar was absolutely delightful! First off, staying at the Gemmei Hotel made me feel the warmth and hospitality of the Kashgar people. The front desk lady had such a pleasant voice and a wonderful attitude; she even helped me with a room change issue. When she called her supervisor, the supervisor was incredibly kind and quickly resolved everything – it was so heartwarming! This hotel isn't huge, but it's a small package that has it all. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread is fantastic! It's also not far from Kashgar Old Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing. A special shout-out to a lovely young lady named Mairiyamgul, who was so lively and recommended tons of delicious food and fun places. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's affordable, clean, and the service is exceptionally warm. Big thumbs up to the hotel!!!

The hotel I saw on the Ctrip recommendation list, compared the family room month-on-month, and stayed with the mentality of giving it a try.
The hotel is opposite the Kashgar Regional Hospital. It can be said that it is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot to the east gate of the ancient city.
There is a Sichuan restaurant downstairs, fried rice noodles, barbecue and honey snow, and it is very convenient to order takeaway when tired.
Breakfast can be until 11 o'clock at the latest, the dishes are thoughtful and the service is warm.
Going out to the right, crossing a intersection is still relatively simple Beihu Park, walking around the lake for an hour and a half, and not yet turning the wooden plank road on the mountain, the air is good in the morning, and the night is more lively.
Suggestion: polish the window glass in the room and do a dust removal indoors.

Just entering the room was amazing, the desktop, the bedside table was spotless, even the sanitary glass door did not have water stains, the ground was dry as if it had just been deep cleaned, the sanitary grade was directly full, and the living was particularly assured!

Just finished staying at the Xiangfei Hotel in Kashgar, I can't help but share this surprise immediately! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was deeply moved by the strong national customs and intimate service. I sincerely recommend it to all friends who come to Kashgar!

🌿 Featured decoration, immersive experience of national customs
The design of the hotel perfectly blends the traditional Uighur style with modern comfort! Arched porch, exquisite carved flowers, colorful tiles and embroidery, every detail is full of exotic style. The tapestries, lamps and even furniture in the room are very distinctive, and the photos are super-photographed, as if passing through the story of ”The Legend of Xiangfei”!

📍 Location is super convenient, easy to start exploring Kashgar
Hotel location is great! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Kashgar Xiangfeiyuan Scenic Area. There is a market nearby. It is super convenient to go shopping and drink. Go to the ancient city to see the opening ceremony in the morning, go back to the hotel to rest in the evening, everything is just right!

🛏️ The room is comfortable and the sleep experience is full
We booked a big bed room, the space is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is very quiet at night. I wake up naturally when I sleep! The bathroom facilities are also very new, hot water is sufficient, and it is also equipped with special toiletries. The faint rose fragrance is super healing.

🍴 Breakfast has surprises! Local features + classic matching
Breakfast must be praised! Not only are there Uyghur specialties such as wontons, milk tea, buns, millet porridge. The taste is pure, and the vitality is turned on for a day in an instant!

💁 Warm service, as warm as going home
Miss sister at the front desk, the little brother is clean and the smile is super sweet! Welcome tea and Kashgar travel guide were also sent when checking in, and patiently told us which roasted buns were the most authentic and which alleys were the most popular. Room service response is also very fast, responsive ～

High cost performance!
It is really a lucky thing to live in Kashgar to live in such a hotel with cultural characteristics and comfort. The price is so close to the people! I will definitely choose here next time I come to Kashgar. ～

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. 
First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room.
 I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. 
There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. 
Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

Let's be honest: I booked a hotel near the airport mainly for the shuttle service. Later, I found out they only offer drop-offs before 7:30 AM, and they wouldn't even take me to the subway station.

Pros: The bedding was very comfortable.

Cons: My window overlooked an air shaft, so there was no sunlight. The room had lots of cabinets, but they were all empty. The front desk's attitude was... something else.

There were a bunch of souvenirs behind the front desk. Other hotels I've stayed at usually offer them, but this one didn't. It's not that I particularly wanted those items, but not getting them made me feel like I was being treated differently. Hard to rate.

The hotel's location is truly superb, making it incredibly convenient for half-day excursions, and there are plenty of delicious yet affordable dining options nearby. What's more, catching an early high-speed train the following morning was entirely stress-free.

I was extremely pleased with the room. Being a newly opened establishment, all the facilities are fantastic, and it was impeccably clean. The large window also ensured a wonderfully quiet environment.

Every staff member was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic; their service attitude truly deserves the highest commendation.

Minor points for improvement:
① Some cabinets in the room still had a faint new-renovation scent, though it wasn't overtly bothersome.
② The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

I stayed here last December and thought it was good. This year my daughter went to Xiamen for business and I booked this hotel for her. I wanted to give it a five-star rating, but according to my daughter's feedback, the hotel was disappointing. The hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room for free and asked for a five-star rating, but compared with last year, the room and bathroom had a peculiar smell (suspected to be moldy), and suspicious hairs were found in the bathroom and on the sofa (indescribable), which was very disgusting. The curtains were not closed tightly, and the sound insulation was so poor that it seemed like there was no sound insulation. I didn't want to give it a five-star rating. My daughter persuaded me that it was not easy for them either. Haha, if you want to choose this hotel, consider it yourself

Hygiene: Very clean. The bath towels and hand towels were disposable and sealed in bags, which made me feel safe using them.

Environment: The hotel is easy to find and has street parking, which is very convenient. It's in a quiet location despite being in a busy area.

Service: This is the part I really want to praise. The front desk staff were very attentive and patient. Returning to the hotel after a long day of business felt very welcoming.

The attached picture shows a scene from the restaurant on the second day. An elderly person with mobility issues was immediately approached by staff who asked if they needed help. The staff patiently helped this elderly person get their food according to their needs and carefully inquired about their various preferences. The elderly person thanked them profusely.

Fantastic! Having traveled all over the country for work most of the year, this was the first time I felt so at home!

Staying here the night before my return trip during the National Day holiday was great. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. Since my flight was early in the morning and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they even packed a breakfast to go for me, which was a nice touch. The room overlooked some beautiful greenery. The e-sports room was excellent; the computers were better than those in typical e-sports hotels, and the gaming chair was especially comfortable.

The room was spotless, and the toilet was a smart one! The hotel environment was also very clean, offering great value for money. The front desk service was excellent. It's right by the subway exit, making travel incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to the Provincial People's Hospital. A must-stay when visiting Hangzhou!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, not a spec of dust anywhere, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. The front desk lady was super gentle and friendly, check-in was quick, and she even gave great recommendations for local food and sightseeing. The location is also perfect, close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Breakfast was simple, but the cafe on the second floor was nice. As someone who pays attention to details, I truly loved it – from the bedside charging ports to the thoughtful toiletries, every detail showed care. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! ❤️❤️
