The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The facilities are complete and the room is clean. However, you may need to consider the transportation because it is about 1 km away for the main subway line in exchange for the quietness of the place.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. It is close to the metro, and there are plenty of food options around the hotel. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks from 2 PM onwards, as well as free face masks for guests to use during their stay, which is a thoughtful touch. It would be even better if there were a gym available.
However, I had a slightly unpleasant experience during check-in. I accidentally selected one guest instead of two when making the booking. While I understand that there may be additional charges for an extra guest, I felt that the explanation given by the staff could have been delivered in a more polite and professional manner. The room itself remained the same, and the additional charge of around SGD $200 for five nights was explained as covering extra pillows and towels. Although we were willing to pay the difference, the staff’s attitude during the interaction was somewhat disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but I hope the service experience at check-in can be improved.

Booked this place without much expectations being a 3-Star hotel but it doesn’t feel like it at all. Feels more like a 4. Plenty of amenities! From vending machines, to water dispensers and even microwaves, we could even do our own laundry with the provided washing machines. The room was also very comfy and cozy, I had a good sleep every night. Its clean and new. The reception staff were also very professional and polite communicating in English which they are quite well versed in too. I liked the breakfast buffet too, not the biggest spread but very homely and scrumptious.

The stay was great, the room is as big as the pictures. I would recommend being early to the breakfast (before 8) otherwise there are long queue and less choice in the breakfast room. As for the breakfast it would be great if the portions were more bigger (a small spoon to serve yourself is not ideal… as if they are trying to watch our food consumption…)
Overall great, nice view and very central area

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi. The front desk staff were very warm and patient. Breakfast was quite varied, but the taste was just average. The common areas were very clean and quiet. However, the downsides were also quite noticeable: the room space was very small, the carpet wasn't thoroughly cleaned and had debris and hair, the furniture was old and damaged, and the wallpaper was peeling. I filtered for Chinese-friendly options, but didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff. Overall, it's decent.

The hotel is located opposite Zhongshan Park, in a relatively quiet neighborhood. If you walk in the opposite direction of Zhongshan Park, you can reach Susukino, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Parco, and other areas. It's not a bustling or super-lively area, which makes it very comfortable and suitable for a stay. I really appreciated the welcome drinks and ice cream. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for two people. We purchased the breakfast-included package. After 7:30 AM, it gets incredibly busy, so if you want a quiet meal, it's best to go earlier. We had ten breakfast vouchers for two people over five nights, and by the end, I was so tired of eating sashimi... My partner could still go for more, but I really couldn't stomach any more sweet shrimp or salmon. We even ended up wasting a few breakfast vouchers. I'd recommend that guests staying in Sapporo for an extended period buy breakfast vouchers at the front desk only when they plan to eat breakfast.
