The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient. The closest station is Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express line, and it's a good 20-minute walk to the Toei Asakusa Line. I'd recommend taking the Tsukuba Express to Akihabara and then transferring from there. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, but you can take the key with you when you leave. There's a 3000 JPY deposit if you lose it.

Everything was excellent—from the smooth check-in process to the impeccable service throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.

Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the hotel maintained an atmosphere of calm and elegance that made it easy to relax after a busy day.

The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of high-quality dishes and excellent service. We genuinely looked forward to starting each day there.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Japan. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The front desk staff were gentle and patient.

By the way, if you want to ship your luggage to your next hotel, remember to ask the front desk in advance. Don't wait until you're about to check out, as there won't be enough time.

There are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, as well as a coffee bean shop, duty-free drugstore, 7-Eleven, and a supermarket. It's only a few minutes' walk from the subway entrance. This hotel truly offers excellent value for money, definitely worth it!

The location is great. Unfortunately, my room was near what seemed to be a bar, so I could hear music late into the night. Since I was traveling solo, the room only had one pillow and one towel, which I found odd, as this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that provided just one of each. The room is small but comfortable. Sharing a picture of the view of the hotel entrance. It’s really close to the main spots.

Pretty good! It was our first stop after landing in Osaka, and we didn't have to pay the accommodation tax when leaving, as they said it was collected online. When we checked in late at night, there might not have been a Chinese-speaking front desk staff, but there was one the next morning. I didn't take any photos inside the hotel. They offer free umbrellas at the entrance if it rains 🌂, and they even provide bath salts for a relaxing soak (even some 1000+ yen hotels we stayed at later didn't offer this!).

This stay was really great. The hotel's overall environment was clean and tidy, and the decor was quite modern. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. The location near Sakae was super convenient for dining and shopping, and getting around was a breeze. The front desk staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place when visiting Nagoya.
