The hotel is very ideal for tourist who want to roam around.
Walking distance to branded/signature malls.
Walking distance to food stalls. 
Staff are friendly especially the one on duty last December 7, 2025.
The only problem I encountered is that, there is no elevator and noone assisted me with my lugguage knowing that I am a person with diasability. I had a hard time moving up and down the stairs where my room was located.

The room was very clean. The bathtub and bathroom were also spotless. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke coming in from outside, but it was acceptable. Once the window was closed, there was no smell at all.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The housekeeping staff were especially lovely and helpful. They even helped operate the washing machine and cleaned the room every day.

Drinking water was replenished daily. Toothbrushes and combs were provided in generous amounts at check-in, which was very thoughtful. It’s perfect for guests who didn’t prepare many personal items in advance.

The area was quiet. The hotel is beautiful and has many nice photo spots.

I was truly impressed by both the housekeeping team and the hotel staff. Thank you very much.

This hotel experience was a 10/10 for me, the location is great! But if you want to travel around the city perhaps is not the best option and you rather have to stay near some tourists attractions… overall was very good and I’ll definitely come back :)

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. A bit smelly of smoking but ok. Staff are very nice and helpful but can't speak English (Google translate needed). They had helped us to call a taxi even though we got a trouble of communication. The hotel is about 900 meters away for Jiangsu road MRT station. It take not over 10 minutes walking.

Very good, the location is very close to the north gate of East China Normal University, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there is Powerlong Plaza outside. The girl at the front desk is also very gentle and polite

Let's start with the core esports setup: they've really gone all out. A high-spec PC paired with a 240Hz high refresh rate screen makes playing Delta Force CS:GO incredibly smooth, with no lag whatsoever and super fluid skill combos. The gaming chairs are incredibly supportive, preventing any back pain even after sitting for hours.

The room environment also exceeded expectations. The decor is futuristic and perfectly captures the esports atmosphere. The cleaning is meticulous, leaving no corner untouched. The bedding is soft and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing gaming session without any of the usual internet cafe smells. The soundproofing is surprisingly good; even the loudest shouts and cheers won't disturb others, and you won't be bothered by outside noise. The immersive gaming experience is amazing. There's even a mini-fridge in the room, stocked with energy drinks and snacks – practically your own personal supply station! The attention to detail is impeccable.

The service is also impeccable. The receptionist is warm and efficient, making check-in super fast and proactively recommending nearby restaurants and takeout options. Even those with social anxiety can easily connect with her. If you have any needs during your stay, just call the front desk and they will answer and handle them instantly.

The environment is clean, the service attitude is good, the computer speed is fast, the aunt cleans the room in time, and any needs are solved quickly. Recommended~

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the room size in Beijing. The facilities were comfortable to use, the front desk service was delightful, and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless every day. It truly lives up to the Rujia Inn's consistent quality – always excellent! Full marks! 💯

The rooms are new and clean, and the location is excellent. The ambiance is much better than other three-star hotels, comparable to four-star hotels. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is highly recommended. Takeout is also convenient, with robots delivering it. Security is strong, and the front desk staff will verify which room you're in before letting you in. The front desk staff are friendly, with at least two people on duty. They also offer drinking water and generally offer free late check-out, which is very considerate for latecomers.

The downside is that it's quite expensive, more than a typical three-star hotel. There are no gaming privileges.

I came to Ningbo on a business trip and booked a very cost-effective hotel near the client's company. It's very close to Metro Line 5. The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. Quick check-in. The room is big enough, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is affordable (it's so conscientious, many new hotels don't have breakfast). The surrounding area is definitely safe, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, really convenient.

The equipment and hygiene are very good. The computer configuration is very top. The special effects of playing LOL group battle are fully opened and smooth. The knife feels stable. The high-swipe screen looks comfortable. The mechanical keyboard bounces back and is crisp. I don’t feel tired after playing for a long time. The tens of thousands of megabytes of network speed makes the delay very low, and the voice communication is completely silent. The big tricks never dropped the chain.
The sanitation is cleaner than expected, the bedding has no smell, it is soft to the touch, the keyboard seams and mouse pads are not dusty, and the disposable headset cover is also equipped with, and the details are very assured. The sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good, the shouting in the next room is basically not heard, and it is not afraid of noisy others when it is dark all night. The location is near the business district, there is a canteen downstairs, the takeaway has a robot to the door, it is super convenient, and there is a small refrigerator in the room that can ice drinks. Check-in at the front desk was very fast, asking for the WiFi password and borrowing the charger were responsive in time, not disturbing people. The price/performance ratio is indeed OK, much more comfortable than simply going to the Internet cafe, and lying on the bed when you are tired, I will choose this store next time.
