Although the location is a bit far from the station, the price is good. The shower has good water pressure and heats up quickly, which is impressive for this price range. The room size is also sufficient.

The place is nice, comfortable, and clean, worth the price. The staff are friendly and informative. I was just disappointed with the restaurant staff who were in charge during breakfast (maybe new staff or an intern) who asked about breakfast payment while I was still eating and demanded payment directly at the table before I had finished my meal, saying the bill had to be paid right then and there. This forced me to pause my breakfast to make the payment (my reservation excluded breakfast, but I wanted to join, and the staff said it was okay, mentioning the price per person). What's funny is, I requested to have the breakfast payment charged to my room folio or pay after I finished breakfast (so I wouldn't have to interrupt my meal), but they said the system was down and I had to pay NOW 😆. If a deposit is needed for guests to easily order something at the restaurant, why wasn't it requested during check-in or explained that any orders or breakfast needed to be paid for upfront?

I used to work near here and stayed at this hotel to meet up with an old friend. It's a well-known hotel for business travelers in this area, and many Japanese guests stay here. While it's not sparkling clean, it's a perfectly acceptable option for business needs given its location. This isn't the kind of place you'd choose for a relaxing hotel stay.
