Quality Inn West was perfectly located within walking distance of the show I saw in Branson, MO. The place and my room were clean and totally accessible to me. The room is somewhat dated but that’s not an issue for me. There were plenty of USB and regular outlets to plug my stuff into. I unfortunately slept through the free breakfast each day so I don’t know how that was, but I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

I am an 85 year old senior with issues as neuropathy. When I was leaving my room, I tripped and fell. The staff immediately came to my assistance, They called the rescue, and were is there for my every every minute including putting a pillow under my head. The next five days Both staff and maintenance crew checked on me and made me feel as if I was in my own home. Thank you.

The last decent Hilton in Branson has finally gone downhill. The shower had soap scum and was disgusting all over the outside of the bottom shower door. Additionally, shower still has public hair in it from the last guests. The beds seemed clean but after looking in the shower I wasn’t as confident. The hotel pool was supposedly heated but was pretty chilly. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was a typical Hampton breakfast and was good. The hotel is definitely due for an upgrade though.

First time staying here and we will stay here each time we come to Branson. The huge indoor pool was great. The breakfast was great but the line was long. The only thing I want to mention that was difficult-one elevator for the entire place. We had to wait a long time for it to get to the 3rd floor, especially during breakfast time.

This is a nice hotel in a good location within walking distance to the Branson Landing.. Our room was nice, comfortable bed and lots of cable.channels. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were super nice. It was our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary goodie bag as a gift. On the downside, the pool really needs a good cleaning and the steps into the pool are unsafe. We would stay here again when we are in Branson.
