There is a lack of attention. We have a room for two but they provided only one set of towels and one single size blanket.

Nice and cozy place, frindly and smiling staff.
However the outdoor kitchen is not worth money.
Braunlage as a city i would not recommend, but that is only if one expect bar's and restaurants with music.
Due to the death off pineapple tree in the whole area it lost the magical touch of green wooden mountains

Ich war zum 4. Mal im The Hearts und liebe es einfach. Die Einrichtung, der Geruch überall, das leckere Frühstück...ich freue mich, dass der Sauna Bereich vergrößert wird und komme wieder.

Wunderschönes Gelände, direkt am Nationalpark. Tolles Hotel, schöne Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen :)

Wenn wann denkt ich ziehe einfach hier ein. So möchte man es zuhause haben. Zimmer wie man gerne zuhause hätte. Frühstück, Sauna,…. Alles top. Noch nie so Wohlgefühl. Die Zimmer ein Traum, das Frühstück Mega!
