"Pretty good. The room was a good size, and the location was excellent – super close to the train station and very easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit basic, but I'm not really a big breakfast eater anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, haha. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

AahelenaThe hotel is located across the river from the Old Town, about a 20-minute walk away. Public transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside. There's a large supermarket downstairs, which is super handy for groceries. The hotel rooms are very spacious and feel really comfortable, with a nice design. What I liked most was the 24-hour hot water and coffee, along with tea bags and lemonade. Guests also get a free city pass.

GGuest UserGood location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes.
The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

In Switzerland, where land is at a premium, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserEverything was so clean. The breakfast self service was decent and full of diverse options. The location is near the Bern train station. there is a steep path, but a cable car exists so you can use it if you have heavy luggage. When you stay at this hostel, you get free tickets for all forms of public transportation in Bern which was nice.

VvankoneThe hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the train station. It's only a 3-5 minute walk. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and a bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. A great bonus is that the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour transport ticket. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to its quality.

There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping.
The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not big but has complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and pleasant view outside the window. Every service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Although the restaurant is not big, the food variety and taste are well selected. Parking is convenient and free, which is super friendly to self-driving travelers.

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you
