Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

This was my first time visiting Snow Town, and I had a great experience. The tatami beds were much more comfortable than the old-style heated kangs (the temperature was just right). The hotel is right next to the large stone tablet, so you can easily walk from one end of the street to the other and soak in the lively market atmosphere of Snow Town.

Choosing this hotel in Snow Town is a sure bet, no need to compare it with any others. My husband and I drove here, and I'd done a lot of research. When I travel, I'm usually spot-on with my hotel choices, as we spend most of our time out exploring. This place is clean, their courtyard has a lot of unique features, and the location is fantastic – just a short walk from where the shuttle drops you off, and only a few steps to the disco area. It's right by the Snow Town monument. Someone even helped us with our luggage. The owner is thoughtful and even provided a humidifier in the room, which was great. Plus, their courtyard is spacious and perfect for photos. Breakfast was also satisfying, and the night view of the snow mushrooms was stunning. I really wanted to stay another night, but our itinerary was already set. We'll definitely be back! The last photo shows guests from Indonesia; they said it wasn't cold in Snow Town, even at -22℃, haha. Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good

This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

During check-in, VIVI was quick and efficient, Maggie patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast location, and Harry thoughtfully helped me carry my luggage when he learned I had a lot. What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!
