"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

Etc…), the service was top tier, the best that we had in all of China. All of the staff were super accommodating ensuring that we had a fantastic experience in Mudanjiang. Especially appreciative of the front desk lady (迟凤竹） who helped us hire a private car so that we can tour tiger park and the local Korean village near Mudanjiang."

"The hotel was comfortable for our stay. We booked a triple room with a double and a single bed. The sink was in the bathroom, and the shower area was separated. The room was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, with excellent softness/firmness. There were feather and orthopedic pillows to choose from. Breakfasts were Chinese, but the chef made them very tasty. I loved the stewed vegetables; there was a different dish every day. There were also fried eggs, boiled eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, steamed buns, dumplings, thin millet and rice porridge, Krakow-style sausage, appetizers, and you could even make noodles with toppings. For dessert, there was toast, jam, one piece of fruit (watermelon or apples were available), and delicious mochi with a delicate cream filling and a thin crust, or cookies with icing, like on donuts. The drinks included coffee with milk from a vending machine, hot soy milk, cow's milk, and two types of juice drinks from a vending machine. It's strange that there wasn't just hot water; it's usually available everywhere in China. I asked for it in the kitchen on the first day, and then I drank soy milk; I like it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always accommodating. They upgraded our room at our request. Our first was in the attic on the eighth floor, with a window facing the hallway; it was stuffy (probably still getting hot from the roof), but the second room was great. The hotel is located off the pedestrian street, but we like it that way. It's a 5-7-minute walk, not a problem. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. There's a convenience store on the ground floor of the same building, very convenient. Across the street is a huge two-story Red Mart. The room didn't smell of smoke, though someone occasionally had time to smoke in the elevator. We slept with the window open; it wasn't noisy. We were very pleased with this hotel and would return again. Thanks to the hotel staff!"

"The price of accommodation in such an interesting location and with breakfasts. The hotel is located in almost a large shopping area, in 5-7 minutes walk from the railway station. The decoration for settlement passed very quickly. When there were problems with the TV, the duty station quickly came on the floor and helped to figure out and connect interesting TV channels for me. Breakfast needs to come early. Breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. When I arrived at 8:30, the rest of the food was very scarce. But when I came at 8, it was enough, in the format of standard Chinese breakfast. I got a very cozy room, with an interesting interior design. The closer to the window was a podium in the form of a traditional Chinese can and a traditional low table. Access to curtains seemed a little inconvenient. To close the curtains of the windows you need to climb to this improvised can. In the bathroom/bathroom is the full set of necessary items. Shampoo and shower gel in large dispensers with large inscriptions. Mirror with convenient lighting (for shaving) and heating that would not sweat. Some inconvenience was delivered by a noisy fan in the bathroom. Among the shortcomings was the absence of straps or hooks for towels. It was necessary to use its road, with attachment on the front desks. Sound isolation is good. A little in the morning was prevented by the noise of repairs nearby the standing hotel. Through the campus yard in the west direction of a large supermarket where you can take fruit, sweets, drinks, snacks, etc. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the train station and there is an inconvenience (a great way to bypass) if you use the train station that is located in the north exit of the train station. Overall, the accommodation was enjoyable . Staff is very friendly , close to shops , cafes, restaurants, from noisy central streets separates a number of buildings."

"This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!"

"Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

First time sleeping on a 'kang' (heated bed), it was really warm, felt cozy and harmonious – I slept like a baby! The room was tidy and very clean, and the bed was made up thickly. Turns out winter in the North is actually warmer than in the South.

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

We had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄 Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times. Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed. For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so! We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯 *Do note that disposable towels are provided but do bring your own towel if you require more comfort.

I rarely review hotels, but I have to commend Zhou Zhanggui Inn this time. After I booked, the owner called us to explain how to get there, which matched my online research. When we arrived at Yabuli West by high-speed speed train, the driver arranged by the owner was already waiting for us. He warmly helped us with our luggage and made sure the car was warm enough for us. The inn's decor truly captured my heart; it reminded me of houses I saw when I was very young, with cozy kang beds and colorful walls. You could even read a newspaper just by looking up! I spent over an hour just taking photos in the room, I just loved it more and more. We had asked the owner to buy fireworks for us in advance, and in the evening, my family and I set them off together, just like celebrating the New Year. It was a truly unforgettable trip, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

The service was excellent, and the hotel felt very clean and cozy with a great design. The staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and even bringing it to our room, which made for a really pleasant experience. I was very happy with the bed and bedding; the sheets were silky smooth, and it was so quiet that I slept wonderfully. The rooftop photo area offers fantastic views, and it's also very convenient to walk to the ancient town.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

1. **Location:** This is basically the best location in Snow Village. After getting off the bus, walk about 40 meters along the left side of the China Snow Village monument, and you'll reach the hotel entrance. In the bitter cold, being close to the main road is a lifesaver. The back of the hotel faces a small river, and the amusement facilities haven't extended this far yet. Most rooms face this river, offering a very quiet and beautiful view. The fireworks display point is just across the river, so you can watch fireworks at night and the sunrise in the morning. At midnight, you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water and melting snow dripping, which is incredibly peaceful. 2. **Room:** Mr. Lü upgraded us to a twin room with a tatami mat on the second floor. The facilities are excellent. There's a tea-making stove and a medium-sized humidifier. Lying on the tatami mat while watching the fireworks was pure bliss! 3. **Breakfast:** It was average, but you can't expect too much in Snow Village. 4. **Room Heating:** The room has both floor heating and air conditioning. It was incredibly warm; I was sweating profusely even in the middle of the night. Even after turning off the floor heating, it was still hot. The entire building is very well heated. **Suggestion:** The bay window is a bit too close for privacy. Perhaps some privacy film or stickers could be added to the side glass. I used to go to Hoshino Resorts in Hokkaido every winter and didn't know about Snow Village. From now on, I'll only come to Snow Village. No more going to foreign countries; it's good to support our own people.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Although my booked rate didn't initially include shower access, I was able to use one for just a small additional fee. Shortly after checking in, I discovered there was no electricity in my room. The owner promptly moved me to another room, which was very considerate. Thank you!
