DDhaneshreeAs an IHG member, I expected to have a better experience. Staff was lovely at check in and check out and porter service was great. A lovely room and incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillow options. Just disappointed by the bathroom which was tiny and awkward and water did not drain easily in both shower and sink. It was also near the laundry so noisy and not very restful. Great selection of food but be prepared to wait. It is a popular dining spot.
