However, I later discovered that there are indeed private baths (renti-kiri-furo) and Japanese ancient buildings, but the hot springs can only be found at Chichibu Onsen next to Seibu Chichibu Station. When I went there, many of them were closed on weekdays, and there were only 10 hotels. Sauna and hot bath, it's a pity that I didn't get to soak in the hot springs.
