The hotel is very chic, the accommodation is good, this warehouse-style building is a bit uncomfortable. Chichibu is a particularly charming town, will come later, the Japanese return next to the station ♨️ is very good

Guest UserDue to some technical issue, I didn't receive my room number and key number via email. I tried calling the phone number listed upon arrival to confirm, but couldn't get through at all, leaving me waiting outside the hotel for over an hour.
I finally found an alternative contact number on another website and was able to get in, but the person who called me was incredibly unhelpful. I even had to cancel my planned dinner, making for a terrible start to my stay.
The room itself was clean and satisfactory, which makes the poor service all the more regrettable.

We enjoyed the cottage night and BBQ in a naturally rich location. In a quiet atmosphere surrounded by wood 々, the charcoal-grilled dishes are really delicious and you can spend a luxurious time. The cottage is warm and comfortable at night. I think it is a facility that can be used with peace of mind even for people who are new to camping.
