The hotel's location is excellent, right in a bustling area, with a large supermarket within 200 meters, making shopping and dining very convenient! The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and bright, with clean bedding, and the service is top-notch!

First of all, it's so neat and clean. At this price, it was so good that I wanted to stay every time I went on a business trip. The room is a bit small, but it is enough for a small and single business trip. I also liked the response and resolution of the counter when I asked the counter because of the sound in the assigned room. At first, I thought I had to apply for / purchase breakfast separately, but I was a little disappointed because it was included. It was said to be simple, not home-cooked on weekends, but it was all cup noodles, salads with only good taste, bread, juice, grilled eggs, etc. I was sorry. I would rather pay for breakfast and make it more full. I would definitely like to book again if I go on a business trip nearby next time.

I came here for BTS Consert. I was so surprised when they gave me a little gift of BTS. thank you for welcoming army like me. I am so sorry for the messy room because this is my firstime they come clean our room every day. I really like how they provide lot of amenities for travelers. 정말 감사해요.

The hotel is in the city center, halfway between Jinhae Station and the intercity bus terminal. The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here. Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

I booked this place thinking it was somewhere I had stayed before. However, it wasn't. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the downsides were that the room was a bit smaller than expected and parking was somewhat inconvenient. The hotel I stayed at previously had a Styler in the room, which was convenient to use, but I was told this hotel only has them on the 3rd and 5th floors, so I was a little disappointed that I didn't know this beforehand. Aside from that, the amenities inside and the breakfast served on the first floor were not bad. The dining area was cramped and the offerings were a bit lacking, though...

I stopped by Changwon on a family trip. The reason I came back a second time was because the staff was so kind. The female staff were also so kind and took care of everything for me in the evening, and I was impressed. The male staff member, who looked to be in his late 40s, was especially very kind. We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. This is the hotel I stayed at while on a business trip to Changwon LG. I was very picky when choosing this hotel, but it had everything I wanted: room condition, bathroom, breakfast, and snacks. The front desk manager was incredibly kind, and I had a great rest!

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us! The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often! Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time! The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a small, clean and private. In the room, there is a hair dryer, bathrobe and toiletries. The location is near many convenience stores and restaurants, but it is not crowded.
