I stayed here during the cherry blossom festival. Very convenient location and the lady took really good care of me and made me feel very welcome! The room was nice. The air was a bit humid in the room but otherwise lovely stay.

We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. I stopped by Changwon on a family trip. The reason I came back a second time was because the staff was so kind. The female staff were also so kind and took care of everything for me in the evening, and I was impressed. The male staff member, who looked to be in his late 40s, was especially very kind. I came with children, and I was grateful to them for being kind and taking good care of them. Kindness 1000 points!!! Thank you😍😍😍😍😍 May you all be blessed

일이 있어서 처음에는 잠만 자려고 합리적인 가격의 숙소를 찾아 예약했어요. 저녁에 도착해 상가에 있는 숙소에 조금 당황했지만 엘리베이터도 쾌적하고 호텔 들어서자마자 시원해서 마음이 놓였습니다! 첫 창원이었는데 잘 모르고 예약한 온돌방을 혼자 오셨다며 업그레이드 해주셨고 저녁 9시 넘어서 도착했음에도 프론트에 사장님이 계셔서 감사했습니다. 방안에는 물과 커피포트, 티비(넷플릭스, 유튜브 등 가능)도 있어서 매우 가성비와 친절에 감동 받았습니다. 가성비 숙소로 추천드립니다

I found a room without a hotel reservation while traveling to Busan, so I found a room hard because there was no room because it was a holiday! Because the area is Changyuan, there is a Buddhist temple that has to run to Tongyeong for more than an hour the next day, but compared with the price, the room seems to be clean! You were kind.

I had a pleasant stay at Sungsan Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth without any issues. Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities are still decent and well maintained. The room was spacious, and even though I was assigned a smoking room, there was no cigarette smell at all. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, it's in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its affordable price.

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us! The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often! Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time! The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Location, service and cleanliness were good but soundproof ㅠㅠ We were not very sensitive to noise, so we were well sleeped, but I think it would have been hard for those who were sensitive to noise ㅠㅠ It was warm and nice because there was an electrical panel on the bed!

I was booking in prices 45,000 won, but when I arrived hotel manager said I need to pay 55,000 won because room type 45,000 won sold out.
