The hotel is fascinating, clean and wide, and the staff are very helpful and very friendly, especially for Cother and Mary of service employees and very careful, Park God in them 👏🏼♥️ I tried more than a hotel on my trip with a mafia, like this hotel's excellent comfort and excellent location, everything close to 👍🏼.

The service is very intimate and everything needs to be met as much as possible. The location is very convenient. Go out and turn right and then turn left and go straight for about 1km. It is Rabat Ville train station. It is not necessary to take a train taxi. Very recommended. tips: If you walk to the Hassanta site, remember to turn right and then turn left straight (passing the Ville train station), so it takes a total of 20 minutes to walk, if you turn left, it will take nearly 40 minutes (I stepped on the pit, only to find out when I came back).

Compared to the Conrad, this place is a huge step down. It's not even in the same league as a Four Seasons. Good for a staycation though.

The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. New, clean hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Excellent view from the windows of the rooms on the park and the square, at night it is quite quiet and you can have a great rest after traveling. In the morning they provide a good breakfast with fresh juice, pastries, coffee and of course Moroccan tea with mint. If necessary, you can safely park a car or motorcycle next to the hotel. One of the best hotels in Rabat in terms of price / quality. You will feel at home there. For those who like to travel on foot, I think this is an ideal place, since you go straight to a beautiful street and walk along it to many important sights of the city, or easily call a taxi, it in Rabat (and in general in Morocco) costs almost as much as public transport, only more convenient. Also in the hotel and within walking distance from the hotel there are cafes and restaurants for every taste.

The location is good, close to the city center, parking is available at the door, breakfast is fixed for each person, you can ask the waiter to add fried eggs, the service is good. The room is quite spacious and standard. We booked 2 rooms. The shower water in one of the rooms was not hot. It was warm when the first person took a shower, and almost cold when the second person took a shower. However, the water was hot when we woke up the next morning. The other room did not have this problem. I don't know why. If the bath water is normal, then this hotel is good value for money.

Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room. The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty. The personnel was really friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
