Location of property is not bad. It is easy to get everywhere by taxi. Two female staff were very friendly and they could speak English as I can’t speak Spanish. They offered me two big welcome chocolate cookies, very delicious.
I need to complain is the property condition. It was aged, full of wear and tear. The owner has to refurbish it. Water leaked thru the glass door in the bathroom, spread the whole floor. Power outlet at bed bunk was not enough for two persons at the same time. Choices of breakfast were limited.
However, I have to give a compliment to the staff of the restaurant and reception to help me recover my lost bag which contained passport and laptop. Thank you very much!

Guest UserCheck-in was from 3:00, but we arrived at 11:00, so we wanted to leave our luggage, so we asked the front desk, and they said that we could leave our luggage there, and we could come right away. It was very helpful, and we could relax in the room and then go out on foot to see the city. We appreciate their flexible response.
The location is in front of the bus stop and near the main sightseeing spots in Queretaro, so it is very convenient.
The only disappointments were that the shower temperature was not high enough, and when we went to the toilet, the light was on and the exhaust fan was quite loud, so we woke up our companion when we went to the toilet in the middle of the night. It may have been a problem only with the room we used. The room was more than enough.
The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of dishes. *We ordered food and they cooked it for us, but the omelette was delicious and I had two plates. The waitresses were quick and I felt good, so I left a 50 peso tip.

It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

KANYANI went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later.
Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small).
When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge.
There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

1. The room space is much larger than other Marriott hotels in the same city, more spacious, not depressed, not air-conditioning and not stuffy, and with a sofa bed
2. Restaurant breakfast is not self-service, ordering for the waiter, feels up to grade
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel reception is on the second floor, it is not easy to find;
2. Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Overall not friendly to drivers
3. There is no convenience store within walking distance of the hotel.
