"Had an absolutely amazing stay! The room was spacious with modern décor and very comfortable bed. the room is peaceful. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for my business meetings. Overall, a good experience. The staff was incredibly amazing and welcoming.. Having said that, the cleanliness was top-notch and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great value for the price.

GGuest UserI love staying at Astoria Plaza mainly because of the wonderful customer service experience. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team are so friendly and accommodating. The awesome staff in the restaurant are so attentive. Big thank you goes to Ador and Jinky for their kind attention especially when I had laryngitis, made me some âsalabatâ (ginger tea) with lemon & honey. Â
Con: The only reason Iâll consider not staying at Astoria again is the high bathtub/shower in the one bedroom suite. I am a senior citizen with some mobility issues. Going in and out of the high bathtub is quite challenging now. Itâs a fall risk area, no hand bars for support so I had to crawl out of it.

We stayed to celebrate my mommyâs and cousinâs birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. We truly enjoyed our stay â thank you, Linden Suites, for making our celebration special! đ

GGuest UserI have stayed in the Malayan Plaza many times before and the experiences WERE great, but in my recent stay, there are changes already. Maybe because the bldg was new before when I stayed.
Bad smell as you walk along the alley of 10th floor where my room at. Also bad smell is diffusing in the basement parking. Food is no longer great and many this time.
One thing hasnât changed, the accommodating staff.

The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.
