Guest UserWe did an early check in after a few misunderstanding. Extra towels are not free, the food at the cafe lounge is mediocre, everything needs to be paid upfront. However, the pool area itself is the redeeming factor.

Asiong B.We just finished our 2nd staycation at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic again.
The hotel is excellent and my family really enjoyed every moment. Special shoutout to Czaira at Reception — we remember her as an intern last year, and now she’s doing an amazing job. Also big kudos to Eric at Concierge. His positive energy and happy vibes have been consistent from last year right through to this year.
And thank you to The Continental Club team: Andre, Aila, Azi & Teddy for the birthday cake. That surprise made the celebration extra special.
Overall, the stay was great and all the staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Thank you ❤️

Guest UserWe recently stayed at Discovery Suites Ortigas for a quick family break with my wife and daughter, and the experience felt smooth from the moment we arrived.
It started at the parking area. The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful.
Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay.
The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters.
Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay.
Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete.
Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most.

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Pretty Kusinera LakwatseraLinden Suites has been my go-to staycation spot for more than 3 years now—whether it’s a cozy family staycation or a fun catch-up with friends. I’m here almost every month, and it really feels like a home away from home.
Their customer service has noticeably improved over the past few months, making every stay even more comfortable and hassle-free.
Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Ashraf WinchesterI had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable—honestly, the bed was so cozy that I fell asleep almost instantly every night. It made a huge difference after a long day. The staff were also outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and excellent service. I’d definitely come back again.

Peter DagerPros:
The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

aryxThe Studio 18 Residences, Pasig: Review
Overall Rating: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10)
Title: Great Location & Friendly Staff, But Needs a Little Polish
When booking a long-term or quick business stay in the Ortigas area, finding a place that balances price, location, and comfort can be a real challenge. The Studio 18 Residences in Pasig is a solid contender that mostly succeeds, offering excellent value for money, but falls just shy of a perfect 10 due to some small, yet noticeable, inconsistencies in the facility and experience. This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10.
The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier
The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center.
The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay.
The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks.
Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10)
The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete.
* Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss.
* Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day.
* Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient.
Verdict:
If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
