"This is a budget friendly hotel very well located and convenient for transit, short stays or when working in Ortigas. Room was small so good enough for a solo traveler. The room had 1 bed, 1 TV, and 2 bedside desks and no other furniture. The place is eco friendly so those environment conscious travelers can support this business. They have water stations on each floor. There are no amenities aside from the spa which I didn'tavail. I didn't avail their breakfast either. Room was clean, air conditioned. The bed was really soft and the pillows comfortable enough to help sleep. The room had no windows and no natural light."

"We recently stayed at Discovery Suites Ortigas for a quick family break with my wife and daughter, and the experience felt smooth from the moment we arrived. It started at the parking area. The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Red Planet Manila Ortigas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my stay truly special was the staff from the information desk to the security guards and the cleaners, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. "The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"We had a really nice stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas as a couple. The location is excellent — right in Ortigas Center with easy walking access to SM Megamall, shopping, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area super convenient.  The room was comfortable, clean, and just the right size for two of us. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi worked well for planning our days. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.  Breakfast was a nice start to the day, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money — especially if you want a simple but well-located place in the city. There were a few minor things like some older fixtures and occasional small maintenance issues reported by other guests, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience.  Would recommend this for couples looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Ortigas! 💑"

"I really liked the place is safe and is nearby a really nice mall, it has stores and restaurants. The residence is inside a private complex which makes you feel safe to walk around. Nice view from my room."

"I paid a deposit using my Mastercard at the front desk, but it still hasn't been refunded. When I checked out, they said it would take one to two weeks to process. It's already been a month! Anyway, I'll be back in Manila, Philippines soon."
