Pasig Hotels with Wifi

The surrounding area is incredibly convenient with plenty of supermarkets and shopping options. The room layout was well-designed and clean, though it only had large bath towels and no smaller hand towels. Everything else was pretty good. Drinking water isn't bottled, but there's a water dispenser by the elevator you can use. The room was quiet!

We loved our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, - strong wifi, comfy bed, hot/cold shower(but no shampoo) The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Definitely staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

The view from our room is so nice. They have a lot of windows which I love about a hotel. The airconditioning though is quite hard to control. We’re trying to lower the temperature because it is getting hot but it just stays at 23C. The pillow though are so soft that is not quite to my liking. I wish they had firmer pillows. Overall I really had a good stay in this hotel.

I like Citadines properties. This was good but not as good as others in Manila. Appreciated hot shower. TV offerings were limited compared to other Citadines properties The restaurant adjacent provided a good buffet. Two blocks away from Robinson’s for easy shopping or dining.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

From someone who just got to the Philippines and chose this place to basically adjust my body clock it is very unpleasant experience to say the least good thing is the the front desk ladies are nice and the location is near a mall but other than that housekeeping is not well kept! 3 german roaches were chasing each other in the bathroom and used shampoo packets were left in the bathroom

A 4 star hotel for a 5 star treatment. Affordable, clean, attentive staff and friendly too. Near malls too and supermarket.

Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable and relaxing. The only downside for me was the breakfast—it could definitely be improved in terms of variety and taste. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel. 💙

The place is clean and location is good. Food is great and affordable. However, the counter staff/front desk (upon our check-out) was unable to handle complaint effectively - frowning while doing the payment transaction. She didn’t bother to issue an official invoice or receipt after we made the payment as well.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
