The room was incredibly clean, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was absolutely fantastic and perfectly suited our tastes – we ate there for several days straight! The souvenirs next to the front desk were very well-designed and unique compared to what you find downtown; we were really happy with our purchases. The front desk staff even proactively offered us a weighing scale when they saw us packing our luggage, which allowed us to pack with peace of mind. This is truly a wonderful hotel, and if we ever get the chance to visit Irkutsk again, we'll definitely come back!

The room was spotless and tidy. It's located right in the 130 block, so there are plenty of places to eat just outside, and it was surprisingly quiet. The room was larger than I expected, with a sensible layout. All the toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were clean and well-kept. Breakfast could be delivered to the room. My only minor complaint is the lack of an elevator. The front desk lady was very friendly, and there was also a front desk guy who spoke Chinese.

We really loved the hotel; it felt like we were visiting relatives in the countryside. The hotel is a historic building, with a courtyard decorated with garlands and tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy breakfast and lunch while looking out over this beautiful setting. Most importantly, almost everything in the hotel is genuine vintage, not refurbished or ”antique.” So if comfort and state-of-the-art plumbing are your top priorities, you'll want to stay somewhere else, a comfortable but impersonal hotel. We really liked the room's interior, and the hotel has very high ceilings, so you don't feel like you're in a small cage. The bed linen was fresh and clean—white stripe satin—and the room overall was so clean that I felt like I could walk barefoot on the wooden floors, which is something I rarely do. Yes, the hotel is very noisy, but it didn't bother us, perhaps because we were lucky with our neighbors. The hotel staff deserves special thanks: they checked us in much earlier, allowing us to rest after the journey, and they were very responsive to all our requests and questions. If we ever return to Irkutsk, we'll most likely return here again.

The room was clean and drinking water was given every day. The front desk can speak English and can store luggage. The restaurant has a rich breakfast. The hotel is in a good location. Going right is a 24-hour supermarket, turning left is Lenin Street, walking to multiple attractions.

Красивый и уютный отель, чистота повсюду идеальная. В номере были 3 полотенца на каждого, тапочки, халат и много пузырёчков в ванной комнате, а так же по бутылке воды, чайник, чай и кофн. В коридоре есть кулер. Очень доброжелательный персонал, заселили раньше времени, при выселении вызвали нам такси. Всем рекомендую этот отель.

Quick check-in, convenient parking, good breakfast, and delicious coffee. I had dinner in the restaurant that evening – the service was pleasant. The room was clean but modest. A beautiful view of the fir trees from the window. Everything in the room was spotless, with crisp white linens, towels, and a robe. I was cold in the room, but the heater saved the day. The internet kept dropping out, making it uncomfortable to use.

We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the room and bathroom were very small! Our friends all booked rooms with two single beds, but their rooms and bathrooms were larger than ours – it seems to depend on luck when rooms are assigned! Looking at the hotel's room assignment map, rooms 1 and 2 are the larger rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there was a hot and cold water dispenser at the front desk and on each floor. The dispensers always had cold water, but the one on my floor didn't have hot water! Regarding the hotel's free Wi-Fi, the first method is to rely on the front desk staff to help you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but this only works on the front desk floor! The second method also relies on the front desk staff, but you need a local Russian mobile phone number to receive the hotel Wi-Fi authentication SMS, which allows you to use the hotel Wi-Fi in your room! There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.

We were passing through and stayed for a full day without an overnight stay, as we had a late-night flight. The hotel is ideally located. It's simple, but it's easy enough to charge your phone, use a kettle, and has a TV. We booked a twin room, but only because it was the cheapest at 1800 rubles. It's practically next to Shanghai Market, 7 minutes from the central market. The nearest shopping centers are 200 meters away. We ate at the Yurt Cafe, and it's been delicious twice, especially the eggplant salad. The only negative about the hotel is that it was a little chilly, but that's because the heating hasn't been turned on yet, but we could have asked for a heater, but we didn't. The receptionist was very nice. Polite and friendly. You can buy noodles and drinks inside the hotel. For tea. Even though it was Monday in the area, it was impossible to rent a room or apartment for less than 2500 rubles through regular sites. And here, for 1800 rubles + the website discount. The price is a gift. We had no problems checking in. We usually used this app in Thailand for a week, and this is our first experience using it in Russia. We're very happy. 👍
