There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.
