Our modern non-smoking hotel off I-40 is minutes from West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex Union University and West Tennessee Healthcare Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Those here for work will be close to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Tennessee Kelloggs UGN and Delta Faucet. If you are flying in Memphis International Airport MEM is 89 miles away.
"Desk staff, very friendly and helpful. This building just opened Dec, 2025, Rooms were very spacious, Loved the wood look floors, and the breakfast was very good, the breakfast area was very relaxing'
My only concerns were that the floors being non-carpeted, We had a very very heavy walker above us, This wasn't a child running, the stride was long. Knew exactly where they were in their room!, LOL.
The walk in shower is a plus. To bad they didn't take advantage of the extra inches available so that the shower would be deeper, front to back.. My 6'4” husband kept knocking the slider with his elbows.. But again the shower was very nice.
We typically try to stay at the LaQuinta's when traveling. Havent' been disappointed yet."

CCcrewsWas nervous when I booked here on Christmas Eve (same day) while traveling, never heard of it or even the street name, but the location was perfect for where I needed to be. We were pleasantly surprised by the
Decor, the lobby is modern and has an open floor plan, comfortable enough for the guests to mingle in and they had cookies!
Hospitality, the guy at the front desk was so pleasant, even offered us a room on the 1st floor, away from the busier area.
The next morning , we came out late for breakfast and the sweet young lady at the front desk made sure on Christmas Day, her irresponsible guests got a fresh hot breakfast ha.
The room, it was nice and clean, the little kitchen setup had everything, even a toaster. The sink and mirror is separate from the toilet and shower (could be different for different types of rooms). The tv is a smart tv, no fire stick needed. The beds are extremely comfortable as well,
I would definitely come back to this one! You guys keep up the good work!!!

JJessicaJacobsenWe had a good experience. Ask for the cookies at the front desk, They will give them to you for free and they are amazing! We got some every time we walked by! Front desk was always very nice. Pool was nice it is an indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast was about $14 a person I don’t think it was really worth that. I would just go down the road to the breakfast Buffay. Overall it was clean, however the bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner there were some mold in the bathtub.

JJustinSuper uncomfortable bed. Felt like the cheap mattress we use to sleep on at Summer camp as a kid. Bathroom was weird- really small and sink was in another room. For $100 bucks it was ok, but would not stay here again. Would spend the extra $50-$75 for a quality room at a nearby property.
