Trip.com has not confirmed with the hotel when we arrived there. The Hotel reception had to contact trip.com hotline and it made us to wait for a while.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

Very great stay very quiet near the coach bus station and shops only few mins walk away card keys opens doors and lifts felt safety was good rooms clean bed the bathrooms comfy and breakfast was good staff friendly nothing was a problem for them

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Gary and his team in the restaurant on my second night were brilliant. The Brewers Fayre attached did a lovely dinner menu and breakfast - made a pleasant change to a Beefeater being the resident restaurant. Have stayed before for work and would definitely stay in this one again.
