After checkout the hotel send me a final statement, and charge my creditcard. Unfortionally they took more than the statement was. I sent them an email to correct this, but they never answered the email. After several times, there was no choice to file a creditcard complain. This is still under investigation. Until today I never received any email of them. It is just 40 GBP, but they don't care. Nice location with a lookover the harbour, but that it is! Next year Ramsgate, but for sure no Royal Harbour Hotel! Tourist trap!
