"What an absolute garbage the stay was. It was on the basement first of all. Finding the room was like going in maze. The room was stinking beyond belief soon as we got there. Than taps smelled like sewerage. Complained it to the gentleman on desk. He couldnt help as the hotel was overbooked. Ended up leaving and booking a different place. Worst experience one can ever have. -10/10"

"Our visit just felt very awkward and strange. We booked on a Sunday off the back of good reviews as we were staying locally. When we walked in we were greeted by 2 members of staff, showed to the dining room, another 2 members of staff, but the place was empty. The staff didn’t have enough to do, were congregating around the doorway and we felt watched. The food was gorgeous, but when I told The chef there were flies on the meat he flicked it away and was rude. Very expensive for a cafe vibe. Could be brilliant with some small changes."

"Were do I start.the bed was so uncomfortable.the room was not clean.the waste water would not empty in the sink and shower bath .But the worst time was in the bar .The barman (Derek)was terrible told off when asking simple questions .why he had to throw empty bottles in the bin and make everyone jump in the lounge.I don’t know.also told off not very nicely for having a leg of my chair outside on the path."

"The hostel is on the top of a mountain. After entering the old town, you need to climb 199 steps up the mountain. It is recommended to drive by yourself. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center and the train station. The garden is very beautiful. There is a restaurant that provides breakfast and other meals. The front desk is not open 24 hours. Check-in starts at 15:00 on time. Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. Just throw the key card into the box. The cutlery and utensils in the self-service kitchen are very clean."
