We are so glad we've chosen Casa Clama for our stay in Buenos Aires. Everything was exactly as the pictures on the web site. The room was spacious and very nice. The jacuzzi was glorious ! Even my husband, who is a big man, fit it nicely. Everything was clean, and very well maintained. Nothing was broken or not working. We even have our own internet router inside the room. We had a little issue connecting with our iphone and they changed the router immediately. Even though the room was facing the street, the windows were double glazed so it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent ! We even asked one of the days for our breakfast to be delivered to our room and they did it at no extra charge. The staff is excellent as well. If you go to Buenos Aires and you want to be in the city center, this is the place to be.

I know this Hotel Since 2004 and visited a couple of times. I near Santa AV, Onje block from 9 de Julio AvV. and les than 5 mins from General San Martin Station (Metro Line C). The guys at the reception are very competent, friendly and attentive. Has 3Elebatores and a pool, restaurant, Sauna, decent Wifi in Lobby and in every floor.. The Hotel has 3 Elevators. Our room was quite big and includes a small refrigerator and a touch induction cooker over the countertop, as well as a microwave. Also there is a 50” Led TV. Air conditioning. Safe deposit Box. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of plugs available in the room (keep in mind that Argentina uses 220V)

The hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. Nos veremos de nuevo muy pronto Andy and Dawn

The hotel is actually nice but management of the place needs urgent improvement as it is causing lots of inconveniences for visitors which are annoying ! 1. In check in rooms get mixed up by numbers and you are getting WhatsApp messages which don’t belong to you. 2. Laundry gets mixed up and delayed. If you need you laundry, don’t count on them. 3. Electronic key stops working without warning and you are stuck in front of your door. 4. Internet stops working interrupting your business related work. Additionally see point 3 No entrance working anymore. 5. Breakfast opposite the hotel and it’s charged at 15.- $US…. Book without breakfast and pay at the place yourself for less than 5.-$ 6. Stayed 3 weeks and my business stay was Cut short but 3 days, but they charged the full price, which was unreasonable. 7. Cleaning only one time per week ! Had to ask for twice a week, didn’t seem to be welcome ! 8. Stay at an upper floor….. don’t be in a hurry if you have an appointment…. Elevators working slowly or sometimes only 2 out of 4
