This cute little hotel is tucked in between a city block. The rooms are spacious and clean with a sweet little balcony out back. The real charm was the front desk staff including Thomas and Natalia who worked effortlessly and patiently to find us restaurants, entertainment and gave us helpful tips. They are kind and knowledgable and an asset to the company.

We arrived in difficult times (recently decreed Corona-virus-lock-down), but the staff was highly competent, helpful and effective in all aspects: ensuring highest hygiene and health standards throughout the hotel, and also supporting us in organising our flights home, etc. For normal times: Small hotel with tasteful ground floor and spacious, well equipped apartments and personalised service. Good location in a quiet street in a surrounding with the ”Old Buenos Aires vibes” feeling. All types of restaurants, bars and interesting small shops. Not too far from important subte (metro) stops.

This boutique hotel really made our stay in Buenos Aires something special. Although the least expensive rooms are a bit small, they were very reasonably priced and modern. The room had plenty of storage so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases and had a unique and attractive design. The ground floor had a great design flow with everything from a grand piano to a bar, living room area and outside area pool with a fountain. The location is perfect. It's on a quiet, neighborhood street but within short walking distances to many great restaurants and sights. Palermo is a beautiful neighborhood and this hotel is the perfect place to explore it from. Even with all of this, I have to say the best feature was the hospitality of the staff. All of the staff we encountered were great and Oracio and Anderson in particular were very friendly and helpful. They greeted you with a warm smile and were very attentive to whatever you needed. After a long day of sightseeing, the staff at this hotel made it feel like you were coming home. If we ever make it back to Buenos Aires, there will be no hotel shopping for us, we will just book here again.
