We had such an amazing experience dining in WILD today. Chef Callum was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, taking time to explain each dish with passion and detail. The service was flawless, with attentive staff Amy who ensured our meal was perfect from start to to finish. This trully unique experience is something everyone MUST try. WILD is a perfect spot for special summer lunch outside with friends and family, combining exceptional food with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

£30 for 2 medium glasses of Rose!!! Completely unnecessary poems read out by speakers in the WC - what is that all about? Very snall/cramped bar area if it is only a drink you want. The "old" bull had loads of character - mostly lost now sorry to say. Needless to say we will not be back.

I had the most amazing stay at Bull - went with my best friend for a 1 night getaway just for a bit of relaxation and some local scenic walks. The hotel is so beautiful, the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, and very reasonably priced for the excellent level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. The decor is absolutely stunning and the food was truly delicious - we especially loved the extra addition of the pantry for hotel guests to help themselves to delicious snacks throughout the stay. Truly such a fantastic experience, in a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds by car or on foot - I cannot wait to come back!

This place is beautiful. Very nicely done! Coffee ordered. Coffee served and was spilt, very bitter and not nice at all! I gave feedback to an uninterested member of staff who sarcastically said thanks very much! I’m certain the owner would be upset about this service and reaction. Hire a barista guys or train your staff how to clean the coffee machine. Bull has potential to be incredible but get the basics sorted first 👍🏼

My husband I stayed a couple of weeks ago and had a nice stay. However, our experience since leaving has been extremely surprising and certainly put us off. My husband paid our invoice upon leaving. Subsequently, his card has been charged £300 with no invoice sent to him via email or an email explaining what these charges relate to. About £60 of it was then refunded (again with no explanation) but we are still £240 short with no communication from Bull. My husband has emailed twice asking for an invoice explaining why they have unilaterally charged his card without his authorisation, but they have totally ignored him. Our trust with the hotel has now completely diminished. We do not expect our card details to be used to put through charges after we have departed with no invoice or explanation. We will continue chasing via email and if we continue to be ignored then we will be reporting the hotel to Trading Standard. AVOID!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay when we visited for my Birthday, the rooms and service lived up to expectations. We had The Penthouse room, and it was spacious yet cosy, but also had a calm vibe to it. We arrived a little earlier than expected as our plans were hampered by the great British weather, but our room was ready and the front desk was on hand to accommodate us and show us around. Our night's sleep was great and we couldn't hear any of the noise from the High Street due to the window set up. Bed was fantastic. There is the pantry on the first floor which has cold drinks, tea/coffee and the occasional sweet treat to keep you going - a lovely touch! The hotel offers no room service, and sometimes we like breakfast in bed rather than getting up earlier. However, it wasn't an issue for us on this occasion as breakfast is served downstairs until 11am anyway, and it's a really good offering & environment to get your day going. Our only disappointment (and our own fault): we booked our room 3 weeks before staying, but didn't decide on which restaurant we wanted to eat at until about 10 days before. Unfortunately, Wild was fully booked as was the early sitting of HIRO. We were offered the 9:30pm sitting for HIRO, but we didn't fancy that. And were also offered a table in Horn, but we'd eaten in there a few times before when passing through Burford. Our advice would be to get your dinner reservations in early, or at least check at the time of booking your room. That said, would absolutely love to stay here again and experience a different room as well.

Are in HORN - exceptional in all the ways - room was lovely, squishy seats, great lighting, food was terrific, particularly highlighting the crab the mussels and the hispi cabbage. . Pinot Noir from the lower end of the wine list was excellent value for money and delicious. The whole experience was made perfect by our host, Lindsey, knowledgeable charming plus gave us a tour which means I now have to book WILD as soon as I possibly can, whilst I save up for HIRO

The service is incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has undergone a huge stunning renovation!! Our room was beautiful and large. The food was excellent and a great choice of restaurants! Hiro the Japanese was amazing. It’s an “Omakase” experience meaning they just serve!! I can honestly say it’s a great experience but the sushi 🍣 was probably the best I’ve ever had. The Sunday lunch in Horn was absolutely brilliant. An amazing plate of food, delicious 😋 The bar men were brilliant, really made us some great cocktails 🍸 I really recommend the Bull Hotel, really lovely
