Very low water pressure. Parking unavailable on 3 nights and charged an extra nights stay or something. An extra $147.

There was an odd smell in the room when first walking in. But the room itself was clean. The bathroom baseboards were dusty from not being cleaned in a very long time. The water from the sink had a musty smell.

Overall hotel is very nice and clean. But, the beds are very very uncomfortable and they squeak at every movement. Walls and ceilings are beyond thin and you can hear the footsteps and neighbors toilets flushing. Needless to say, it was a very bad night for us. Will not stay again

Staff were friendly but everything was so noisy. The walls and doors are super thin. We could hear our next door neighbor snoring the entire night, all week long. Doors are also thin so traffic past the room is noisy and so light they didn’t automatically latch. Floors also seemed excessively noisy with foot steps. Breakfast was only until 9am so we missed it every morning. Most likely will not book again and stick with our tried and true hotels. We also booked for a family of 6 and only one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner stocked resulted in multiple asks to house keeping for additional.

The hotel has a lovely color scheme that is cooling and energizing at the same time. My son and I also enjoyed the pool for a quick chilly but nice swim! Spanish moss trees out side the window are lovely.

Staff were pleasant, easy check in and check out, beds were comfy, linens were clean, place could definitely use a deep clean though.

All was well except the floor being dirty. When my husband got in the shower he could see it coming off his feet.
