Lovely property decorated nicely. Bathroom could do with a little more love but it was clean and the room was tidy. Bed was very comfy too. There wasn’t any water in my room on arrival though which it should have been.
Breakfast was very basic with toast and cereal on offer.
Check in is at 3 but no staff work during this time, making check in feel a bit unwelcoming but they are available on phone. Make sure you know how to contact them otherwise you won’t knew able to get in through the street door.
Overall though a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the family room which was huge, over 2 floors. The room was very high spec.
Pool is a community pool, 5 min walk away. Cost of this is 3euros per adult, 2euros per child. Cash is preferred. The location of the pool is phenomenal. The children loved it.
The bar opposite the hotel serves food and accepts card payments. Service and gin and tonics were excellent!

The place is nice, but the big problem is with air conditioner at room. In our room wasn’t working and was impossible to sleep the two nights. The thermostat was a 34 degree inside the room, very bad experience in our stay in Palma de Mallorca.

Very cosy place. Nice clean and cosy beds. For me the breakfast was a nice extra before you set off on your day. Its a very small town so limited for places to eat, etc. recommend to drive out to other places.

La llegada al hotel fue un tanto desastrosa porque llegué como a las 19:30 horas, siendo una zona muy poco iluminada y con un bar enfrente con unos clientes con cara de pocos amigos. El taxista me dejó con cara de miedo; menos mal que me cogió la dueña el teléfono a la primera y pude abrir la puerta rápido. Pasado ese mal momento, el resto de la estancia fue muy buena. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, y el resto de instalaciones de la casa igual. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y es imposible quedarse con hambre. La única pega que le podría es que no tenía escritorio en la habitación, pero subsané el problema bajando al salón a trabajar. En definitiva, sitio muy recomendable si se quiere hacer turismo en una zona tranquila y en planta Sierra de Tramontana.

Me gustó que es una casa de pueblo muy acogedora y el personal es muy amable y agradable. Es un sitio muy apropiado para descansar y muy tranquilo a pie de la Serra de Tramuntana. Por poner una pega, la instalación eléctrica no está preparada para soportar todos los elementos de calefacción que ha disponibles en las habitaciones y los fusibles saltaron un par de veces a primera hora de la noche.
