位置應該不錯，離汽車站很近，走過去十幾分鍾。樓下有很大的超市和購物中心。估計是這個城市最大的商業羣。房間衞生各種條件就是標準的宜必思酒店。既沒有有些評論説的那麼差，也沒有那麼好。作為中轉酒店非常合適。早餐也還不錯。

The worst experience of my life. 1- There was no hot water in the room, I had to bathe with ice water. 2- The air conditioning was not working. 3- When you arrive at the hotel they charge you a different amount than what appears on the internet. 4-The toilet was bad. 5- The bathroom did not have individual towels to dry your hands. 6- The room does not have any refrigerator to store food. 7- They don't give you water to drink in the room. 8- And as if that were not enough, they give you the bill when they feel like it. According to that they have no system. I really had never been in a hotel with such poor service and such a high price. Upon arrival the check in extremely slow. The room lacks cleanliness: the smell of cigarettes (I don't smoke) The air conditioning did NOT work, to be in the middle of the desert I think the air was essential. In the morning, when I went to have breakfast, they told me that it was NOT for me, in circumstances that my reservation through HOTELES.COM said yes. After the lady in charge of the breakfasts refused me... the person at the reception also told me NO... despite showing them what was written. I asked to speak to the Hotel manager, who finally agrees to deliver breakfast. Like the whole process, it took around 25 minutes waiting and talking for breakfast to be delivered... In the end, I CLOSED the breakfast room.
However, they spoke so that they would serve me after hours, two young ladies serving me reluctantly for being out of hours .... bad

para começar passei um grande constrangimento na recepção (pessoal totalmente despreparado) pois queriam me cobrar um valor q n existia, eu já tinha pago uma parte com pontos e mesmo mostrando o extrato da minha conta fizeram de desentendidos e queriam q eu pagasse um valor exorbitante, eu disse q não pagaria e chamaram uma gerente e depois um gerente geral acredito eu, e mesmo mostrando a fatura paga (só restando 7.647,02 pesos chilenos) para acertar no hotel queriam me cobrar 42 dólares, no final descontaram mais 2000 pontos da minha conta ALL (40 euros) e disseram q tava tudo acertado, só percebi o desconto depois, após 1 hora tentando resolver a questão, quando entro no quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou nem a TV, péssima experiência possivel, vou aguardar retornar para o brasil e fazer uma reclamação diretamente a rede ALL, se não estornarem meus pontos entrarei com um processo.
