We stayed at the hotel 2 nights, booking with no lunch / dinner included. During check in at the reception we have been told that we could eventually enjoying meals paying extra (as in any hotel worldwide). In fact, all over the hotel there are papers stating the set menu for the day or night and the price, 21€. First time we tried to have lunch at the restaurant, it was 15.10 , restaurant closing at 15.30. The rudest restaurant manager ever denied to have lunch. We come back for dinner, restaurant was half empty. The star of the hotel, the restaurant manager, in the rudest possible way, asked us to leave as “they could only accept people with all included because they were left with one cook only”. 100€ per night to be treated like this. Shame.
