El hotel no hace respetar las reglas de hospedaje, en las noches y madrugas se permite la bulla y todo tipo de diversión, interrumpiendo el descanso y sueño, de quienes pagamos un servicio de hotel que dice ser para personas que están de viaje de negocios. Parece más hostal y motel, así las cosas el precio y servicio no son corrientes con su regla se negocio.

La prestación del servicio resalta la faltó de capacitación y experiencia en el recurso humano del hotel. La ubicación es buena, tiene habitaciones con buen espacio, con ambientes agradables, sin embargo, el servicio a la habitación es pésimo.

En la página ofrecieron desayuno pero no me lo querían brindar y que porque la tarifa ofrecida por ustedes no era justa y el desayuno era uno por habitación y éramos tres parejas de muy mal gusto y la atención no era la más propicia

El servicio no es muy bueno, los trabajadores se demoran mucho en respinder y aparte tambien en solucionar problemas. El valor no se refleja en el establecimiento, deberia de ssr mas económico.
