MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa

Great hotel, location and breakfast Very clean. Staff Great. We didn't use the spa as we didn't want to have to wear a hair cap otherwise we would have. Everything you can wish for at breakfast. We especially thought the jugs if coffee to pickup was very helpful rather than que up for the machines. Simple by brilliant! The room was excellent, in our apartment we had a bedroom with a main bathroom accessible via the hallway and our daughter used the sofa bed and this had the kitchen in the room and a ensure bathroom. Very spacious. As there was 3 of us we did ask for a third chair on the balcony but this didn't arrive ? We also put the Air-conditioning on but this only blew hot air out. It was hot but it was explained to us that the cooler air woukd be on in a few days as it was not that hot outside at present. It did come on as they said. It would have been welcomed if we could have had it on but it wasn't a problem all in all we would highly recommend the hotel we will be back! :)

Hotel and facilities were second to none, impressed from first moment to last, especially at meal time as the food was incredible and varied options, fresh meat and fish every single night and much more! Staff are all faultless, so so good!

Some hotels just make you feel at ease the moment you arrive. Great staff, lovely pool area, brilliant paddling pool and slide area for the kids, lovely warm indoor pool, nice clean spaces and modern decor, room was comfy and clean, food in the restaurant was really good - lots of variety and very fresh, kids entertainers were hilarious. The hotel is in a nice quiet spot but literally one minute walk to the lovely sandy beach at Palma Nova. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a pleasant walk along the beach of an evening. Taxi rank close by and €20/15 min drive into Palma. Would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Really lovely short break in April. Stayed half board. Very helpful staff and all were very polite. Room overlooked the side pf the hotel and had a view of the sea. 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and a small kitchen area. very close to the beach, only a few minutes, we could do the pre-check in arrival but had to come back at 3pm to get room key. luggage was stored safely. safe in room. two balconies with our 1 bedroom apartment. very easy to get to from bus stop Pere Vaquer Ramis 2 on the A11 Tib bus from airport, about a 5 min walk to hotel from this stop. All in all a lovely stay. Food selection was varied and lots of choice. Even had a kids serving area with sausages, chips etc. nice touch for families with small children. lots of supermarkets and food outlets local.

I was celebrating my 70th birthday while staying at this hotel. I do mot say this often but I would not change a thing! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful the entire time. For my birthday we were surprised with champagne and a small cake, a lovely gesture from the staff. My family were staying at the hotel also and they all had a lovely, relaxed time. The rooms were very clean as well as all the facilities I visited. 10/10, I would love to stay here again in the future. Krystyna.

We spent four nights here with my family. It was a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a clean hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days but can be cleaned daily upon request. However, only one bottle of water is provided throughout the stay. The safe incurs a daily charge, and a deposit is required for use. As vegetarians who don't consume eggs or fish, we found the food options somewhat limited, especially since many desserts and ice creams contained egg. The meal choices were average, mainly consisting of chips, pasta, salad, and various potato dishes. Despite this, the receptionist and chef kindly accommodated our dietary needs by providing eggless ice creams and making jacket potatoes on our last night. Since we had studios, we cooked one meal a day. Additionally, drinks were not included in the dinner buffet. The entertainment team was outstanding, providing enjoyable activities throughout the day and entertaining evening shows. The outdoor pools were quite cold, so we opted for the indoor heated pool, which was well-maintained. However, the spa facilities required a hair cover for use. Towels were available with a 10 Euro deposit per towel from reception. The location is excellent, with many local shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful and only a five-minute walk away, while Aldi is a 7-10 minutes walk. Overall, it was a great stay with amazing staff, but the hotel could improve its catering for vegans/vegetarians.

We had an amazing time especially with the SensiCrew and entertainment team, Pablo, Alex, Dana, Hannah, Kathy and Ade, were amazing. The Sensi team were very loving, caring and my kids were sad to say bye to them. The night entertainment, mini disco and shows by the Sensi Team were enjoyable. We stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed for longer.

I’ve been holidaying at Palma nova for 40 Years and Rosa del Mar by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. This was my 3rd visit. Previous reviews cover everything I like about the hotel. On this visit it was the first time I’d made use of the spa and was very impressed with the facilities there. Yes outdoor pool very bracing this time of year but I still enjoyed a daily swim. As on previous stays we were half board and food and service is great. I will be booking to go back
