Tivemos uma noite horrível neste hotel. O apartamento que ficamos era sem varanda e dava de frente com uma rua barulhenta. Os travesseiros eram velhos e sujos e machos. Lençóis encardidos e lençol sem elástico e encardido. O vaso tinha lodo na borda interior. Banheiro sem janela e sem exaustor. Café da manhã sem variedade, o funcionário tira as coisas antes do horário de encerrar o horário e fica pressionando pra andar rápido. Não recomendo este hotel.

Ruim demais. Café fraco, quarto e cama desconfortáveis. Ainda me cobraram taxa de R$ 25,00 por dia pelo serviço de Valet pra deixar o carro na calçada! Péssimo, melhor dormir num albergue.

Horrível! O quarto tem um cheiro horroroso de molhado/mofado e ainda tentam disfarçar com spray de ambientes ou desinfetante o que deixa o cheiro ainda pior. O banheiro fede a esgoto e a privada não estava totalmente fixa no chão. Cobertores fedendo e colocaram um spray com perfume em cima para não lavar. Ainda por cima cobram R$25 a diária de estacionamento do carro para deixar o mesmo num pátio que eles têm.

Nossa reserva foi feita pela Booking e dizia que havia TV à cabo, mas ao chegarmos, não havia. Os funcionários disseram que "ouviram falar" que alguns quartos tinham e outros não. Nunca vi isso na vida. O estacionamento é cobrado, mas eles não garantem a vaga, ou seja, vc estaciona quando chega, daí sai com o carro, se quando voltar estiver lotado, vc tem que parar na rua. No sábado de manhã o manobrista não trabalha, então alguém estacionou errado e ficamos com o carro "preso" no estacionamento até localizar o hóspede. Os lençois são pequenos, mal cobrem uma pessoa e o de baixo, sem elástico, vc deita no lençol e acorda no colchão. Tem frigobar abastecido no quarto, mas não deixam copos. Encontrei uma batata frita presa no pé da mesa, o que me fez duvidar da limpeza do quarto. O ar condicionado , o chuveiro e o secador de cabelos são bons. O café da manhã é bem servido e bem reposto. Só por esses pontos não avaliei como horrível.
