Breakfast in coffee shop closed to apar**ent (coffee and one piece of pastry)

This is the 4th stay at this B&B. I return because the staff is friendly and the rooms are dead quiet. There is an Italian restaurant next door and you also receive a morning chocolate croissant and cafe every morning. There rate is great and has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. David, one of the family members of the B&D speaks English so if you call he can help.

The directions associated with the booking are inaccurate, creating confusion and making getting there a longer process. We were forwarded more accurate directions but it was after being taken to the wrong place. The correct directions should be attached and sent prior to the day of check in. There was nobody there to greet us or orient us to anything. We had to figure out the parking ourselves and walked into a room that was clean but seemed to not have a working fridge or air conditioner. We were sent the correct code to get in with and a key was left on a table for access to the apar**ent. That was our “check in” experience. There was no toilet paper. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never had that happen. There’s a leak of sorts in the bathroom sink so that the drawer below has mold on it. It’s August and hot so the smell was overwhelming when walking in. The view from the terrace is beautiful but we’re 4 people and there were only 3 chairs!

Posto meraviglioso con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Proprietario giovane accogliente gentilissimo e disponibile per qls cosa. Camera pulita grande e spaziosa ,ben arredata in ogni dettaglio. Bagno grande comodo con doccia grande anch'essa super comoda. Dotata di ogni confort climatizzatore TV e mini frigo. Tutto molto bello pulito e posizione strategica. Lo consiglio

Struttura nuova e pulita situata in un punto strategico, in quanto ti consente di raggiungere e visitare i luoghi più famosi (Cefalù, Gangi, Santo Stefano di Camastra...) In poco tempo e senza disagi. Personale gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibilissimo a venire incontro ai tuoi bisogni per un soggiorno più confortevole. Menzione speciale per Alessio, che mi ha spedito a casa il caricabatterie del cellulare dimenticato in stanza... Ottimo!!!!
