L'hotel è molto bello in un posto molto suggestivo con la parte esterna veramente curata ..ci sarebbero molte altre potenzialità da sfruttare.il personale è stato cortese e professionale ma ci sono degli aspetti della spa da sviluppare ulteriormente, nonché le piscine termali che mi hanno lasciato a desiderare in quanto una era fuori servizio e l'altra vasca era sporca e funzionante in parte.
La parte della ristorazione è da rivedere ed è caro per quello che offre, molta fuffa poca sostanza, sono rimasto deluso.Il potenziale c'è , ma è da ottimuzzare nei dettagli per lasciare gli ospiti veramente soddisfatti. Ho trovato poco carina la presenza dello staff nel parco che girava con un furgone nelle ore di apertura drlla spa non concedendo agli ospiti quella tranquillità desiderata.
Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

The property is the perfect place to relax after a long trip. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and the personnel were wonderful. Plan to wait a bit for a transfer. It was well worth it. A massage and dinner special for $89 euro per person and enjoy the pools and thermal springs.

The lust for gold? The ecstasy of gold? Come triplicare il prezzo, con pochi benefici aggiunti per gli ospiti (e, comunque, senza più possibilità di scelta).. Qualche anno fa, on 12 euro, potevi accedere al parco termale (4 vasche con acqua termale). Oggi con 35 euro (noi siamo stati in giorno feriale), 42 euro il fine settimana, DEVI accedere alla spa (non si può più optare per il solo parco termale), che in aggiunta al parco offre: vasca grande all’aperto con acqua a temperatura ambiente, vasca semicoperta con idromassaggio (molto piccola) + vasca con acqua termale, sauna e bagno turco (molto piccoli). Qualche infisso/intonaco sgarrupato, spogliatoio maschile con un solo bagno e 3 docce, pochi armadietti (offrono ingresso SENZA armadietto e senza sconto sul prezzo), una battaglia verbale con l’addetta per avere 2 dei 4 teli “offerti” nel prezzo. Una sola receptionist che deve gestire gli ingressi, dare informazioni, smistare i pochi teli disponibili ai clienti, ecc…(quindi, si formano code). Due caffè (1 corretto) a cinque euro… Probabilmente v’è stato un cambio di gestione ed i nuovi amministratori sono essenzialmente interessati alla massimizzazione del profitto a spese della clientela. Ma vedo già, da altre recenti recensioni, che l’ingordigia non paga. Ci vuol tanto a capirlo?

The grounds are beautiful. The pools were clean and nice. The staff friendly and willing to help.
There is no Uber/Lyft or taxi service. Wish we would have known this as we were relying on the train, the nearest train station is about 15 minutes away by car.

This hotel definitely had the best of its times many years ago. Rooms were clean but no more than standard in a 3 star hotel. SPA area was just a sauna and steam bath with rest room, there were a couple of pools, the ones in door not really clean, the outside ones way too cold (for April) to be called thermal water.

I've been several times and I had always a nice experience, nearby my home and easy to reach. Just avoid the first days after opening because , related ti the weather some pools are not available. Better experience in the weekend

Quiet! No electricity, water or wifi. No discount. Deploable breakfast. Empty pools. Lousy staff. Poor customer service. Horrible effort. Complete waste of money! Very disappointed!
