There were no towels in the room, so I told them to leave them so they could come in when I wasn't there, but when I went out, there were no towels. When I inquired, the staff said they were busy.
He then gave me a handkerchief and a small towel.
The water smells and the towels are dirty.

Everything was so convenient and close to the hotel. Very safe as well. I liked the fact you can do the Covid test within the hotel and it’s super quick.

Me gustó el hotel aunque es pequeño y algunos restaurantes estaban cerrados fue bueno, el desayuno no es tan rico pero los snacks y la cena deliciosa, el servicio por parte de todo el personal es excelente destacando a Martin de bellboy, Moisés y Fermín del bar de la piscina, increibles!

先説好的吧：1，性價比高 2，位置不錯 3，部分員工服務還行
然後吐槽不好的 ：1，空調製冷有問題，温度一直下不去，後來給換了房間有所改善，但是第一次前台讓我自己11點退房，2點再去辦理入住，完全不考慮是他們的問題
2，新的房間入住第二天居然把房間又開給了其他遊客，我還在睡覺人家直接就開門進來了，然後打電話給前台也沒有一句道歉
3，辦理退房的時候告知要手鍊，不然罰款100，入住的時候都沒有説明白，後來我自己回房間找出來
4，食物水平有待提高，新鮮度不夠
5，總體員工服務意識很一般
這是我有史以來最差的入住體驗，如果不考慮體驗，衹是想享受大海沙灘，那麼你們可以入住，不然勸大家選其他酒店

最上級よ５つ星ホテルを期待してるとがっかりするかもしれませんが、オールインクルーシブで安い値段のタイミングに予約できるのであれば大満足です。
ロビー等の空調や設備は古めかしさを感じ、Wi-Fiは弱い場面がありましたが、それを補うロケーション、プール、ビーチビューでした。

The inside of the hotel had leaky ceilings everywhere. There were buckets, towels and sheets catching the water. Outside was beautiful and well kept. The beach was amazing! The food choices were good and the inside of the room was good. There was no coffee pot or mini fridge in the room.
