El hotel en pleno centro, en la carretera. Muy limpio y la comida de lo mejor. El personal muy amables y los camareros muy atentos y simpáticos.

Como cada vez que vamos al Villa de Canfranc, y llevamos siete años, nos sentimos como en casa. Somos cuatro familias, dieciséis personas, y tanto los mayores como los jóvenes sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento para todos los trabajadores del hotel. Un establecimiento que cumple todas nuestras expectativas, por otro lado muy sencillas: sentirnos cómodos y tener un ambiente agradable. Gracias. Mi opinión de este hotel es buena aunque no parece de 3 estrellas porque las habitaciones aunque limpias parecen de un hostal. Las zonas comunes se limita a unos sofás y la cafetería que tiene es el único sitio para poder estar, es amplia y tiene terraza Se puede comer y/o cenar a un precio razonable Lo que no entiendo es que no ponga en ningún sitio el horario de las comidas ni tampoco el menú que hay. Tienes que preguntarlo siempre El emplazamiento es magnífico y las vistas desde la habitación depende de la que te toque porque la mía daba a un techo de uralita y un edificio enfrente feísimo Pese a lo dicho, es muy recomendable y no dudaría en volver a hospedarme en él

Muchísimos ruidos por las escaleras, en las habitaciones contiguas, habitación antigua e incómoda, ruido de la carretera, pésima atención, sobre todo, así se no se puede tratar a los clientes. No volveremos más

Personal de recepción muy desgradable soberbios y mal educados. Habitaciones con mucho ruido, a pie de carretera. Calefacción aunque sólo a ratos, desayuno correcto. Limpieza correcta, habitaciones antiguas y que no os toquen las que dan a las escaleras o ascensor porque si no tendrás la carretera en un lado y el jaleo de subidas y bajadas por el otro. Imposible descansar. No repetiré.

Está muy bien situado pero necesita una reforma en condiciones. No tiene nevera y la cafetería abre después de los desayunos del hotel, no te puedes tomar un café por la mañana. Había muchos niños subiendo y bajando por las escaleras armando jaleo. Y es mucho mejor dos almohadas que una grande en la cama de matrimonio

Trato muy agradable, pero las habitaciones necesitan un cambio, parecen de los años 60, sin embargo el cuarto de baño completamente remodelado muy bien. Un punto muy importante a su favor es que admiten mascotas algo muy dificil de encontrar en España. Está muy bien ubicado
