Great location! Very comfortable and spacious room, good shower, daily cleaning available and some English speaking staff. Secure entry system and safes in the room. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast is great. Only downside is poor WiFi in the rooms.

Great location, value for money, great receptionist, super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, bed and pillow are comfortable. But, depending on what do you prefer? As the location is in the city, be prepared the street is busy and noisy even during the midnight.Suggest to bring ear plugs along.

Lovely little hotel with its own mascot cat, Augustina! Basic, but impeccably clean, and ideally located inside the old city. Close to everything, including a grocery store. A great budget option.

Great and secure location with walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants. One block away from the party block too. William, Rodolfo, Mauricio, and the Girls make the experience special with their attentions and advices. The included breakfast has fresh fruit and juice. It was great for us to start the day.

Very nice , the housekeeper was excellent ,William from front desk very good ,and help me with everything overall I recommend this hotel to everybody ,.

I stayed for two nights and the location of the property is in the Main Street where during a night time, there’s escorts girls in every corner and it’s loud and noisy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk very poor customer service. My Bathroom showers got flooded, and they did nothing to fix it.

Hotel en el centro Histórico, muy acogedor, el personal muy atento y disponible para atender cualquier solicitud, las habitaciones muy limpias y con excelentes acabados. El desayuno lo sirven en un restaurante cerca del hotel y estaba muy rico, Recomendadisimo!!!
