Pet-friendly Hotels in Cascia

Loved this hotel for the view and cleanliness. Our room had a balcony with a view of the amazing mountains which makes waking up with sun an amazing experience even from your bed. No AC but staff is very understanding and they offer a fan that you won’t need after sunset because the temperature goes down and you won’t need it. Few meters from the cathedral and very close to other stores we just walked to most restaurants. Breakfast was a buffet like most Italian restaurants. They have a great shuttle service.

I have been to this hotel several times for 3/4 day stays with groups of pilgrims, and I have always found myself very well, however...... this year, all that glitters is not gold. PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS ON MY ROOM. Air conditioning remote control not working (thank goodness touch display on the wall) There is no suitcase rest (they must be left on the floor) Fridge bar on but empty, why?? (put 2 bottles of water in it) Wall phone not working - Shower with non-adjustable shower head because it was arranged as best as possible with insulating tape - Toilet seat worn - Toilet paper only put in on the 2nd day - What can I say?? I found several defects in the room, but with a little extra attention they could be resolved in a very short time, nothing so irreparable. On the other hand, I must say, however, I found the bed and pillows very comfortable - excellent quality towels and the view from the 4th floor terrace is wonderful - CONSIDERATIONS ON THE LOCATION: Very large hotel with beautiful, spacious and well-kept common areas, friendly staff, in this period then, everything was well decorated with Christmas-themed lighting and installations, which made the atmosphere very warm, there is also a bar and a grocery shop, the shuttle service to and from the sanctuary of S. Rita was excellent . IL TARTUFO RESTAURANT. There is nothing to complain about the restaurant, TOP 100%, starting from breakfast with a very wide and tasty choice of sweet and savory products, to lunch and dinner with generous portions ((from a truckers restaurant)) very good and with excellent quality raw material. The dining room staff were all very kind, fast, extremely helpful and friendly. Here I would like to give a special thanks to the waitress ANTONIA who treated us in a special way. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Very good hotel - clean and elegant - in an excellent location - restaurant + ke ok - highly recommended

Struttura molto bella a vedersi, evidentemente rinnovata da poco, con un occhio al design e gusto raffinato che vuole imitare gli hotel 4 stelle più di lusso. É evidente però che la gestione non sia casalinga, si percepisce un po' di freddezza e la mancanza del tocco personale. In generale manca la cura dei dettagli, tante piccole cose che fanno di un bel posto anche un posto piacevole dove soggiornare. Alcuni esempi su tutti, a colazione il giorno dopo ferragosto sono stati riproposti gli avanzi del giorno prima (il che può anche andare bene, ma il succo di frutta annacquato, le marmellate finite e le uova stracotte non si potevano vedere), i fiori finti sul tavolo, l'aperitivo servito senza un tovagliolo, la macchia di zanzara spiaccicata in camera, i fuochi d'artificio sotto le finestre delle camere, gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno anche se non utilizzati, la totale assenza di informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel o sulle località turistiche in zona. Menzione a parte per la piscina, da sogno come posizione e dimensioni, peccato sia tanto fredda da essere quasi inutilizzabile. La struttura ha sicuramente un grande potenziale, ma vedendola ci si aspetta un servizio da vero 4 stelle, che poi a tutti gli effetti manca. Migliorabile.
