Baymont by Wyndham Bellevue/Omaha

Love this hotel. It was very unique. Each room was named after a president which I found so interesting, i liters walked around each door just to see the plaques. Cleanliness 💯🙌🏾. Quite 😩

When I checked they didn't have me sign anything. When I checked out, they still didn't have me sing anything. I have never been anyplace that didn't need my car info or me to sign anything. My toilet seat was broken, the curtains where dirty, and the train came by and blared its horn all night long. overall not very inviting place.

The front desk guy was nice - the atmosphere not welcoming. There are no friendly pictures, our room door was not sealed all the way, toilet was not secured to the floor, has a leak, shower sprayed everywhere, the handle to turn the water on went all the way around and had two stopping points, breakfast was ok - no meat options for a hot breakfast. The fake eggs were warm not hot. The orange juice was cloudy. Coffee was good. Entry way door didn’t work was stuck more than half the time. Someone kept trying to get into the connecting door to our room and to the door to our room.

Check in went fairly well, until we got to the room. Key card opened the door, but the inside latch wouldn't allow the door to be opened more than a couple inches. Had to get maintenance before we could get into our room. That night, we needed showers before bed. Room reservation was made for 4, my self and 3 adult daughters. There were only 3 towels. Tne guy at the desk acted that asking for towels was a big indisposition. In the laundry room, he gave me 1 hand towel. I asked for a couple of bathtowels. He said he didnt have any, and gave me another handtowel. Needlessto say we had to make do. Second night, when we returned to the room, once again we could not get in. The desk clerk had to get a hanger to get us in. This time, he also removed the inside latch. Finally, that same night, the toilet stopped up. My oldeat daughter went to report it. She was given a toilet plunger in order to fix it ourselves. That was the final straw. My family will never return to the Belmont when we visit Bellevue Nebraska.

When we first arrived we were giving a room 255 the door was busted we had to go back and get a different room. We got to the second room and left right after our visit was to our son in the Air Force so we headed that way. I. The way back we discover that the heating unit and tv didn’t work. We went to the front desk because the phone in the room didn’t work. They gave us a different room when we tried to lock the door the lock didn’t work 🙄 went back again and got a different room VERY INCONVENIENT. the last room we got the toilet seat was broken every time we sat down got our butt pinched. At this point we didn’t want to go and complain anymore that was room 240. We requested clean towels they didn’t give it to us no room service or cleaning in three days. I’m very disappointed. I really thought this stay was better, but is not. Over rated.

Absolutely horrible. First face is the wrong room and argued even though we showed the receipt, finally got the correct room. Knew we had 5 people. And first refused to provide more towels and said no extra blanket available, finally got towels and blanket. TV didn't work. Shower didn't work, only tub faucet, the shelf was broken in the bathroom. Dust and grim on the walls. And the first sheets we got where yellow and disgusting. Breakfast was poor only muffins and waffles maker. And no napkins.

The caulking in the bathroom was breaking away from the wall. The floors installed in the bathroom were the wrong type. You should not use slippery tiles in a bathroom. I put the floor towel down and it slid across the floor when I stepped on it and I fell backwards into the tub. There wasn't a do not disturb sign in the room. We had to get one from the front desk and it took awhile for the desk clerk to answer the bell. The so called breakfast was a joke, waffles and dry cereal, no fruit and the mini muffins were so gooey they stuck to the roof of your mouth. The pillows were uncomfortable as well.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude, which made for an awful check in experience. The facility looks a little rundown on the outside, but is worse on the inside. Holes in stained curtains, mildew, plugs in outlets would fall out easily, and the ways were really thin. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk when we checked in was less than helpful. But it was easy to check in. The room was adequate for our needs.
