Residence Eden

We stayed at the Parc Hotel but can’t seem to find it in Trip Advisor However, this is a great complex with many pools, a great golf course and fantastic food (we went half board in the Parc.) However some negatives:- 1. The central reception area is a 800 yard uphill walk from the hotel and we had to go back to check in as we were dropped off early by TUI. Surely one of the golf carts could be employed to assist travellers 2. We booked a room with a balcony but could not use the balcony as it was totally overgrown by bushes. We complained and were fobbed off for 5 days before eventually being moved. We were told the hotel was full, which it wasn’t. They then blamed TUI and then tried to charge us an extra €20 per night even though our original room was not fit for purpose 3. Our new room had a fantastic view but when we returned on our first day water was pouring from the ceiling. We told reception but they could not call a plumber as it was too late. I find this staggering for a complex of this size 4. The food was excellent, apart from a limited choice of desserts. However, the serving staff were surly and disinterested. It was almost as if they had been trained to adopt this attitude. 5. We had lunches at the pizza and pasta bar, which was always good and the staff very friendly 6. We had one lunch at the golf hotel. It had a fantastic outlook but the food was poor. We ordered scallop and prawn bake and were presented with 2 scallops and tasteless prawns still in their shells. We expected unshelled prawn and scallops in a dish. 7. TUI did not provide a rep, so we had no excursions to book and the reception staff had limited knowledge

I like all the activities in the park. I didn't like that room was not cleaning. Not enough paper toylet, no claning service in the room, i am on vacation need to clean. It was very dark outside at night. When i arrived at the first day i didnt find the room and it was raining and no one was there to help.

We stayed in the Residence Eden, which gave us the opportunity to combine best of both apartment and hotel vacationing. The resort is big enough, tidy and well maintained. There is plenty of activities for kids and adults. A very active animation team is taking care of guests of all ages. It’s never dull. We recharged and disconnected in a very nice way.

This place was great from start to finish. Brilliant big main pool with slide, lovely and clean and plenty of space. Lovely staff members, every single one very courteous and friendly and had plenty of time for the kids. Lovely pizzas in restaurant. Close to all the parks. Free Shuttle into town. Lots for kids to do and maybe next time I will bring my golf clubs as the course looked lovely too

Staff through out the resort were amazing, from the check in desk to all the staff at the pizza pasta restaurant, fabulous pools we did have our favorite beside the hotel that had no children in it so we felt like we had it ourselves all the time . Food in the pizza pasta restaurant was as good as quality as down in the town 💕, apartment we said in was a 2 bed apt with a large balcony, just needed a small bit of tlc other than that it was perfect ,beds super comfy, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone .

very nice, clean,friendly＞.im only not sure what happened to wifi..but i had mine so i did not aksed.. ind the singmal is poor..its importnatn for those who are stazingfor work. please check the network in your area

Excellent place for familys. Nos hemos divertido mucho el hotel ofrece muchísimas actividades. Buen nivel de limpieza y servicios excelentes. Cerca de los parques de atracciones y de los lugares más bonitos de la riva del Garda.

The bombarded me with emails but never actually responded to me when I tried to raise these issues with the hotel. They offer you a free bottle of wine if you check in online. We did, but no free gift was given or was in our room. The person checking us in overnight was incredibly rude and pretty clueless. He kept telling us that the deposit had to be in cash, even though they also had a sign on the desk saying ‘we are a cashless resort’. None of our group carry cash as it’s 2022 and this was a major hotel in this area. He eventually gave in and took a credit card for the first person, but the second room he then say it’s impossible and asked for cash again. He then gave us the wrong keys. Everything else about our stay was pretty good. But he made us furious and the hotel not responding to emails made the issue worse - because I asked in advance if we could pay by card and was ignored. It was possible to leave a deposit on card, he just didn’t know what on earth he was doing. To the hotel - answer your emails and make it clear if you want cash deposits in your ‘cashless’ resort. Also, ditch the rude overnight receptionist (older gentlemen with awful manners).

You won't run out of ways to keep the kids entertained. Friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Rooms are basic but clean & spacious. Food from Pizza è Pasta is very good. Already planning to return next year
