Staff were not helpful. The hot water was turned off. We had to ask them to turn off the hot water tank serving the two rooms we had booked. After a week of travelling we had dirty clothes needing to be laundered. The receptionist said the laundry would be ready the afternoon the day after we arrive. But when we returned the next afternoon the laundry had not be sent out. As for amenities and condition of the room. The shower was dirty and did not drain properly. The hotel has closed is bar and restaurant, although it is too far to walk into town for a meal, The taxi service recommended by the hotel was very slow. What a lousy hotel!

This property should be remove from any travel site is worst than a motel. Unsafe dirty I stayed 1 hour and had enough. Lost the money I paid for two room and did not care, my family was not going to be safe.

DON’T STAY HERE. I was covered in bed bug bites after I left. The rooms seemed ok, there was hot water and the grounds were quite nice but the place looked definitely run down. The pool looked clean but the whole area was not very inviting. They cooked breakfast for our group, which was quite good, but they weren’t open for dinner so had to drive into town to another hotel, which seemed much nicer.

El lugar es bonito pero el servicio es terrible. Los cuartos viejos y maltratados. No nos quisieron servir desayuno porque había un grupo. En general pésimo todo. No lo recomiendo.

Las habitaciones son limpias, amplias, solo reciben pago en efectivo, el restaurante tiene servicio únicamente de jueves a domingo, no hay establecimientos cercanos (tiendas, lugares para comprar alimentos o bebidas), deberás viajar al pueblo de catemaco para encontrar, es muy bonito y tranquilo para estar con la familia , el personal es muy amable y accesible, permiten acceso a mascotas, la habitaciones de $1,200 cuentan con pantalla y tv de cable y las de $900 con tv de caja y solo manejan 2 canales. Deberás llevar bastante repelente para mosquitos, tiene acceso a un temazcal independiente, muy bonito y completo donde también son muy amables pero también solo recibe pago en efectivo. También cuenta con acceso a las embarcaciones , que son independientes, para que te lleven a conocer los alrededores de la laguna de catemaco, no olvides al llegar a catemaco visitar a La virgen del Carmen de catemaco en la iglesia del centro.
