The clerk checking us in was very rude. I advised him after getting our room that the ceiling had black mold, he told us to come sit in the lobby and wait until he found a new room and started a casual chat with someone. I advised that they should have seen the black mold and not rent the room. His response was some people dont mind sleeping in a room with mold. I want to file a case with the health department. We should just be reimbursed for this stay.

Was there for 4 nights... On the 3rd morning I asked front desk for towels... my room had not been serviced since I was there. Front desk told me they didn't have any towels and that was housekeeping. I had no idea where housekeeping was or how to get in touch with them. He should have offered that information. I walked away and did not stay for the last night of which I paid for. Will not be using this facility again.

The Dominican young lady was kind and do her best to give us a good accommodation. The building is old, and has smelly rugs but was clean and our room was in good conditions. Worth the low price.

No outlets for the coffee maker or the microwave. A rat's nest of wires behind the Chest of drawers. No ice container. Dirty hallways and Entrances. Lobby not Open dooring posted hours. Verbal and physical Fights in the hallway outside our door in the middle of the night. Bathroom faucet leaked.
