All on expected level except one but pretty critical for me issue - air conditioning system is covered in mold. It have had severe implications for me - I’m allergic to mold and have got severe allergies just few hours after arrival while I couldn’t figure out what caused it. Room felt very moist and smelly, so I was hoping turning on air conditioning will fix a problem in a couple of hours, but it get significantly worst. I’ve got another room assigned after I have identified reason (photo attached); alternative room was having less issues (not obviously smelly), but air conditioning system was covered in mold as well. Also pool was on maintenance, what was not announced while I was booking… traveling with kid, I’d have booked another hotel if I had this info.

Great city view. Room size is above average meaning bigger than other deluxe Seda rooms we’ve been to. Misto resto is with a great view but it can be easily get full and refill takes time especially the bacon. There is direct access to the Mall which is a good thing however there is not much yet in the Central Block Mall but the basics are there. It could have been 5 star if not for the front desk who called in the middle of the night 10:30pm. They interrupted our sleep for a mistake. We were asleep when they called to ask if we’re done with the iron and board which we previously requested but declined because there was no available. Other than that, it was a great 2N/3D. We’ll comeback when in town.

I ended up staying 2 nights at this great hotel. I really reccomend it. Great sized room, fast wifi, good free breakfast, really friendly staff and location great with a cheap restaurant with lovely Filipino home cooked food next door. Just a short 5 minute walk up to Mango Square and the area seems safe enough. I'll go back when in Cebu City for sure!

My and my friend decided to spend a night at Cebu City before heading off to Bohol. We came across this cozy hotel located at the very heart of the city. We didn’t expect much since room rate is very affordable, perfect for backpackers like us. Much to our surprise this hotel exceeds our expectations. From our arrival time until our departure we are being assisted by their friendly staff. They made sure our needs are being met. The room is very clean from the floor to the sink, to the bathroom (which is my favorite by the way, because of its chic design). Bed is super comfortable, and they provide complete amenities as well (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste). At the ground floor, you can find your basic needs since there is a 24-hour convenience store, restaurant and pharmacy for your immediate medical attention while on travel. There is also café, milk tea shop, massage spa, hair & nail salon, dental clinic and study center within the hotel building (at the 3rd floor). This hotel is worth every single peso we spent. It will definitely be our temporary home when we come back in Cebu again for a short vacation.

I used to be a guest at the Well Hotel years ago and at that time it was okay for the price of PHP 1400 a night. But now ... Dirty rooms, including sheets. 2 thin cheap pillows. (For additional pillows must be paid). The old air conditioning is noisy, a sign of lack of maintenance. TV with poor picture quality. No in room safe The elevator makes creaking noises in the winches, - scary. Friendly, but incompetent, inflexible reception, without any decision-making power. Today, the same room costs PHP 2100 and it's not even worth 1000. The Well Hotel is a prime example of a run-down hotel in Cebu.

Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Whether for business or leisure, the accommodation at this hotel offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat. Overall Rating for Accommodation: 3.5/5

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.
