The location is favourable - 10 minutes walk to SM City. There's MyBus Shuttle to the airport there. Not far from the historical center of Cebu city.
Quiet neighborhood. A lot of space inside rooms and lobbies. Wifi was slow. There's only one water dispenser next to reception desk (and I stayed at the 3rd floor which was not convenient).
A good option for a connection in Cebu.

The hotel is clean and there are hygiene products. The air conditioner is noisy.
When checking in, you need to ask for a window to the parking lot, otherwise you won’t be able to sleep. The hotel is located next to the road, very noisy, even during the day, even with the windows closed.

The room is clean. It's a normal hotel to stay in during a flight. The price is cheap. The lady at the front desk is super cute. I like it very much!

I have no issue with the room and staff. The noisy neighbours are the deal breakers for me. Dogs barking all night, roosters and loud music even at 3am.

The hotel is too old and nearly broken. The water faucet is broken, water pressure is not acceptable. There is no hair dryer or clean flip flop for customers. Their blanket is too thin and small that is not even enough for one person, let alone a double bed size.
The only good thing is their rooms are spacious.
