The service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, CHECK IN is very fast, and the room is very big!
It's a pity that one of the rooms has no hot water! The toilet in the other room was smelly and infested with bugs! Please note in advance that if you need a children's bathtub, you will be informed that there are not enough supplies⋯⋯

Definitely not a good value for money, for the 10 days we where there. Our rooms for a family of 4 where a good size. As for the wifi it just keeps dropping out every 10 minutes. There is not many tv channels to choose from too. You can't have too many lights on at once, because the power trips out. Make sure you bring ear plugs for sleeping & sleeping shades, as there is loud singing and music every night down on the street until 4 am. Don't get the room 2210 facing Archbishop Av. Don't bother with the restaurant down stairs it is way over priced, we got 2 full breakfast & coffees else where for 650 pesos. The only good thing was the fast elevators.

KARL from concierge was AMAZING! Best customer service, he went above and beyond. Ensure youre booking the hotle not the serviced apartment as the apartments were not that clean and staff treat you different, like you are less than.

The units were not brand new but they were very clean (no cockroaches which is important for me) spacious, and had all that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. We stayed for 31 days so realistically, sometimes there will be food items that are on the repeat. What makes staying here so special is actually the staff. They are amazingly nice, pleasant, respectful and very helpful. Special mention to Seira and Joyce from the business center who responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. Then to the Puso Restaurant staff John and Mark who always greet us with a smile and made sure we had our coffee and drinks ready when we have breakfast. The location is also very good, just a few mins walk away from Ayala Mall. We highly recommend booking here.

At first, my partner and I were in the hotel for a few days and the service was great. We then had a trip planned outside of Cebu City for a few days, We heard that Quest also had apartments so we talked to the staff in the business office about renting an apartment for 9 days when we returned. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff was pleasant and very accommodating. In fact, our entire experience with everyone, from the business office to the front desk, waiters, doorman, housekeeping, etc. was all positive. If we return to Cebu again, as we hope to do so, we will definitely put Quest Residences on the top of our list.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to the staff who assisted us in our stay in Quest hotel, I'd like to specially mention Siera and Joyce for the impeccable service they have provided, also Kate who was smiling all the time and very accommodating all through out. It was a last-minute booking for us however it did not cause any problem whatsoever. This people that I've mentioned are gems that the company needs to cherish. Best service I've experienced so far in my 33 years of living, again thank you for the above and beyond service. Forever a fan and yours truly, Marvin G.
