There is no hot water in the bedroom. But the room decoration is great and the host is helpful.

Hi I arrived yesterday at here by car, to unload our luggage I entered ZTL that I didn't know this hotel located in the ZTL and not information on trip.com.
At this case what should I do to aviod ZTL penalty.

This property was absolutely horrendous, however helpful the manager was. The posting suggested two beds (not only by the description but in pictures), however we received a room with one bed and when we contacted the management (or whoever, we never met a person, just a voice) they sent us to another room which had two beds up on plywood platforms. The voice was very friendly and suggested we take blankets, pillows and towels from the original room. Since we had no other place to stay and I prefered not to share a bed with my Aunt, we took the room. It was not heated and we froze our butts off that night in sub zero temperatures. It took me a day to recover,so a day of travel gone. In the morning it became clear the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. So we booked another room somewhere else so we could shower. For this we were charged almost 80USD.

Obviously, the boss who speaks English like a Serbo-Croatian mule, doesn't care about the opinion I leave. The only positive point is its location. For the rest... But the best thing is this boss who has no didn't even take our documents and threatened me with the door because we weren't very happy about having to wait for more than an hour before having access to the room. We had nevertheless arrived around 3 p.m.

Nice room but the person who welcomed us did not speak English and we had the unpleasant surprise to find that the bathroom was not adjacent to the room.
