We booked this place for a mini honeymoon getaway from the kids and we were pleasantly surprised! Very clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free parking, outside pool, etc. Not only that but plenty of places nearby to eat as well as 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Next time we travel to Orlando, with or without our kids, we will definitely be staying here again.

I used it on a solo trip.
It was very convenient as it was close to Disney.
It was also great that there was a McDonald's within a 3 minute walk!

All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
Katie (hope that I spelled her name correctly) at breakfast time was so hard working and efficient. She greeted everyone, made sure that everyone had a seat and that all of the breakfast choices were available.

Very clean. Close to Disney parks. Close to restaurants and shopping (walking distance). Staff were friendly. Breakfast had good variety. Best price in the area for the great service!

White towels left at entrance of hotel at entry. Very slow front desk service. Tv the size of a cereal box with poor WiFi. Then shower backed up since drain didn’t work. Too much money for quality try of this hotel

Our room smelled extremely musty on arrival. As we stayed longer we could smell some sort of deep cleaning or fumigation smell. The onsigjt staff was very nice but we are very disappointed in the room. The shower did not drain well at all.

Staff was nice, breakfast decent, location was we’re I needed to be, however property is really run down and dirty looking. Rooms smelled and felt humid the whole time. Ac kept going on an off and made noise thr entire time.
