New hotel with serviced suites well located next to the Grand Indonesia mall. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view on the city. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had some nice dishes that could be ordered (In addition to the buffet). Attention point is that construction is still ongoing in the building (ground floor so we did not hear it in the rooms). Would book again when coming to Jakarta !

A Very new hotel with great location. Facilities are super great including the food, gym and swimming pool.
However, since it is new hotel, the hallway and the lift have no AC which can be unbearable if your lift stops at every level. The shower’s tiling in both toilets need more TLC and better maintenance. It is because the water (after you showered) would be stagnant and it just failed to flow to the drain, creating yucky smell. And it is just simply unhygienic and create unpleasant sight.
I hope the management can look into this because both toilets face the same problems.

Nice room and amenities
Noisy exhaust fan from bathroom can a nuisance as it can’t be switched off .. a droning noise detractor for a good nite sleep.. !
Lack of signage can be difficult for taxi driver to reach the hotel for pick up.. easy fix in due time if management works on it.

The location is very convenient. The room the hotel prepared for us is on the 76th floor. The soundproofing is very good because there is no one there. Haha.
Then the fan in the bathroom is very loud and can't be turned off. The hotel has central air conditioning.
Because the outside is still under renovation and it is a new hotel, many drivers don't know yet, so it will be annoying to take a taxi. However, the hotel is very cost-effective.
